“This condo was exactly as it was shown in the pics. It is on the top floor and faces the water. We wanted somewhere that allowed us to always have a view of the Gulf of America, and it was just that. The ocean waves greeted us every morning and lulled us to sleep every night. The place was spotless - not even a cobweb on the balcony. The best part was how quiet it was. There is some construction outside, but it’s hard to hear. When we were inside, we heard nothing. It was a nice respite after spending the day in the sun around lots of people. It is in the perfect location of so many sites too - Sanibel Island and Naples. We were also very close to Times Square which has the eateries if you wanted to eat out. It is so great to see this beach town rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. I encourage anyone to look at the photos of devastation and see how much this lovely town has bounced back.”

“The space was perfect for two people! It was clean, spacious, and close to the beach. The outdoor grill and beach supplies were a really nice addition for us too. We had a great time here and were happy with what we paid for.”

“The house and location were fantastic. The only drawback was that one of the other unit renters allowed 10+ friends to use the swimming pool with a bunch of toddlers while occupying all the seating. That left my family and I sharing, and ultimately losing space, with people who didn’t pay to use the facilities or paying guests of the property.”

“The place the area and the apartment was wonderful but we had an air conditioner issue and we had to endure the 2 night we were there. It was not the response I was expecting, I know sometimes it depend on 3rh paty but in Florida in the summer this is important”

“Quiet end of FMB, perfect beach, great view, loved being able to walk onto the beach, and having chairs and beach towels provided was a plus. We had some issues checking in and also checking out, which prevented the perfect five but there were not issues with the location or the unit!”

“Pros- Location Cons- Parking only for compact cars. Construction noise from building next door starts at 8am. Work trucks may block you in. Narrow winding staircase to get to unit. Floor makes a cracking noise every step you take. Gets annoying. Brought my well groomed and behaved service animal and was attempted to charge a $100 for extra cleaning without inquiring if my dog was service. I’m not sure how much extra cleaning you need in a 300 sqft unit with sand everywhere.”
