“Extremely responsive and respectful host, offered great instructions and had the place looking spotless before we checked in. Super easy to check in. On the description he should have added that the place includes 5+ beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler (no beach umbrella) which was tremendously helpful for trips to the local state park’s beaches. The option to do laundry at the AirBNB as well as an included iron and ironing board were great amenities for our slightly longer stay!”

“Absolutely loved this place! The location was awesome with beach access at the end of the street & a short scenic walk into town where all the restaurants & nightlife are. The unit was very spacious & clean with a sweet layout. The pool was outstanding & the decor was amazing with a Tiki setup. They even have a grill to cook on & things to take to the beach with you right there. Talking to Scott was fantastic! He responds quickly with clear instructions and also sent great local recommendations. Check-in was easy with a code on door sent to you here. He even allowed me to check-in early as my flight was in before 3pm! He notified the fantastic cleaning service to it ready. When I arrived, they were just finishing up and showed me where everything was outside like the beach accessories, washer & dryer, grill, pool. They went above & beyond. It was already in Scott’s instructions, but nice touch with walk around. It was definitely worth the price! Can’t wait to come back here again!”

“Location was great!! We enjoyed being right next to margaritaville and all the excitement. Short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The only complaint was the parking. And that wasn’t even awful.”

“Great location. You can walk everywhere and being right on the beach is perfect. There were no umbrella’s so we bought one which wasn’t a big deal. There is a screen divider between the two condos on the second floor. We were worried it was all open but this was nice to have.”
