“This beachfront condo is an absolute gem! Waking up to panoramic ocean views through the massive living room window and falling asleep to the sound of the surf and sea gulls was incredible. Stepping right out of the complex directly onto the sand made beach access effortless, and watching the tides shift throughout the day was a highlight. Inside, the condo is exceptionally comfortable and modern. The king-size bed is wonderful, and the kitchen is well-stocked—we cooked most of our meals here and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic, with grocery shopping and local restaurants just a short drive away. While the building's exterior shows its age, the inside has been completely refreshed and provided a spectacular home base for our 11-day stay. We would absolutely recommend it and hope to return to the Oregon coast!”

“The unit needs to be freshened up with fresh paint, carpet and furniture. The carpet is terribly stained as is the couch. The chairs are way too low for the table to even enjoy eating at it. One ottoman is broken. There were no screens in the windows which need a good cleaning. The kitchen supplies are greatly lacking in need of new cookware and cooking utensils.”

“Perfect ocean view location. Had all the amenities we needed and we will for sure return. My husband and I both felt right at home, and often he doesn’t feel as comfortable with certain locations due to his 6’3 280lb size. Furniture and beds are often never very accommodating for him and he said this was perfect. Perfect 3 day staycation for our anniversary.”

“This is a dated old hotel and furnishings. Great view thru blurred windows, sliding screen door handle was broke and only had small piece of metal to slide with. Front mat was so filthy with hair, lint etc we had to jump over it. It took about an hour and they cleaned it all. Laundry facility dryer 2 of 4 stackables didn’t work , I asked “HOA is due to change them out” the sign was dated 4 months ago. Any issues was blamed on the HOA who takes care of the outside, they left your place with a bad representation. That is only your fault Troy. Beds are very hard. Light switches don’t turn so you have to have all on (bedroom-3 lights) and use wall switch. Quiet as long as your neighbors were. People come for the view and hear the ocean the view thru the sliding door was disappointing because of old dingy foggy glass.”
