“Excellent house Excellent location quick responding host only issue I had was everything came with a fee even down to proper cleaning at times I was a little afraid to have fun because I didn't want to get a fee strict check-in policy so that was 200 for early check in then changed to 100 and we didnt even get there early then strict guest policy so I had to add everyone who wanted to swim that was another 300 we got a list of things that will get fees we are very respectful so we followed all the rules but one slip up seems to have the chance of costing you 100s extra”

“Our group enjoyed this beautiful, spacious Scottsdale property. The layout was great, with comfortable gathering and sleeping areas, plenty of entertainment options, and two refrigerators. The gorgeous outdoor space and pool, especially the in-pool seating near the pergola, were highlights. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. Some linens were not clean, the mattress pad and pillows were stained, and the bathrooms, kitchen items, carpeting/baseboards, and outdoor furniture needed more thorough cleaning. For a property of this caliber, a more detail-oriented cleaning service is needed. Temperature control was also frustrating, as it was unclear which thermostats controlled specific areas, leaving some rooms too warm and others too cold. Clear instructions would help. Overall, we enjoyed the amenities, space, pool, and location. With improved cleaning and clearer household instructions, this could be an exceptional stay.”

“Upon arriving every bed had stains, and hair on them and had to be changed. The comforters taken out of the linen closet had fresh urine on them, not washed before being put away. There was trash in front and back yards. The pool was disgusting with huge clumps of hair in it. There was blood on multiple walls and one of the bathroom rugs. Along with food shoved under bathroom vanity.”

“Overall, okay stay - issues with debris in the pool (messages sent - no response) and the air in the home. It was very hot during the day and often at night.”

“Great place for hosting a large group of guys. Bedrooms were fairly clean, and amenities were great. I was a bit surprised to see all the additional fees for things I would have considered either complimentary or much smaller in cost. For example, early check in / late check out costs $300 each + tax. Nonetheless, I this place was very serviceable for a friends golf trip.”

“Host was very disrespectful. Left my property on the side of the road. Pool wasn’t serviced. The kids the did jump in the water is sick. 4 kids ended up catching a virus. When reached out to host she lied said pool wasn’t just serviced. I will be contacting everyone about this horrible stay and most of all the disrespectful host. I have pictures, videos and doctors records. I have the host being racist during our threat of messages. I was so disappointed with the pool I didn’t even spend the night. The host allowed my family to come over the after I booked she tried to charge me a $312 fee for my guest after I already paid $700. Do not trust this host and she VERY VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL”

“We had to wait outside for the cleaning crew to finish before checking in. They finished well after our check in time. The host did not take any responsibility. The host never responded when we were trying to turn the hot tub on. Other than that, the house was awesome and clean.”

“The master bedroom shower and bathroom reeked of sewage throughout our stay. Everyone has their own definition of “clean,” but this property does not meet even basic cleanliness standards. The bathroom towels appear not to have been changed in a very long time. They are stained, rough, and felt like sandpaper when drying off. The property advertises an 8-person hot tub, which we paid for. Upon arrival, the hot tub was marked out of order, and a small inflatable hot tub was placed nearby that barely fit four small children. When we contacted the owner, she said this was done “as a courtesy.” A true courtesy would have been refunding the hot tub fee. We never used the hot tub. There are serious electrical issues at this property tripped the breakers. We had to reset the breakers multiple times during our stay. The garage has been converted into what is advertised as a “theater,” but it is simply a garage with multiple beds placed inside. This is not clearly disclosed in the listing.”

“We have stayed in many multi-million dolllar, luxury properties around the Phoenix area because we have a large family that travels to the area multiple times a year. Unfortunately, this property was not well maintained or clean. It was also off of a main road, which meant entering and exiting the property was difficult and parking was limited because you could not park on the road. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a musty smell, dirty floors and stained furniture. The walls had various filth streaked in multiple places. We found dirty q tips on the floor, the dining room chairs were filthy. The hot water was sparse, 2 people showering at the same time exhausted the hot water. When we contacted the host about the cleanliness, they said we could have paid additional money for a “deep” cleaning if we were picky, and then sent someone to address our concerns, however they did not do anything of note. The floors still had sticky spots, the walls and other wipeable surfaces were dirty.”
