Scottsdale Park Suites
4.60Visit website
Scottsdale Park Suites's guest rating of 4.60 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The inside was outdated but the outdoor areas are was awesome, lots of things to do. The green belt was under construction so that would’ve been nice to know because it was right out my window and it was all closed!”airbnb

“I would NOT recommend this place to others. I was shocked that there was a note in the room indicating no AC in units until May. The days in AZ can be hot anytime of winter. The management's suggestion was to close blinds and open windows at night to help cool off the place. The apartments are NOT serviced apartments. Guests are required to provide items after initial use (toilet paper, soaps, toiletries, laundering of towels, bedding, etc.). Price to stay was equivalent to a hotel suite (I relocated to one). I booked for three weeks as I needed a place to recovery from surgery. Although the interior of the place was accurate in the photos, it was a LOT smaller once inside. The bathroom door and walk in closet door are so narrow, my walker would not fit through the doorway. The bed mattress was stiff and plastic. The TV's are NOT smart TV's so I couldn't stream my services from them. I almost cried when I stepped inside after checking in. I'm glad Airbnb helped me cancel.”airbnb

“After 10 years of using Airbnb across multiple states and countries, this was easily my worst experience. The entire place felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with heavy dust everywhere and the property itself falling apart. The stairs have rusty, loose steps that are legitimately dangerous to use. The biggest issue, however, was the total lack of privacy and safety. "Staff" would attempt to enter the unit at random without knocking, which made me feel incredibly unsafe. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything, and there was no oversight regarding other guests being loud at the pool late into the night. To top it all off, the host tried to charge an extra cleaning fee despite the fact that I left the place organized and respectful. This feels like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of a subpar stay. The only decent thing is the location if you enjoy Scottsdale/tempe area. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.”airbnb

“Good location, close to everything. Clean property with nice grounds. Purchased specificity because of heated pool and hot tub, and both were inoperable for half of stay. Unit was nice with comfortable couches and firm but decent bed. Very minimal dishwares and amenities in the unit, felt much more like an extended stay hotel than a typical airbnb. Property is run like short-term apartment living vs. Vacation rentals. Asked for another roll of toilet paper on the 6th day of a 7 day stay, and were told the expectation was for tenants to buy their own. Unit also had a notice saying hvac was on some sort of central system where AC is only available from may- October, and heat is November-April. Late March and April renters BEWARE, Phoenix in April without site conditioning can be quite intolerable! Overall, it was a very nice location for the price, but you do get what you pay for.”airbnb
