“Location location location!!! Perfectly situated in town near great restaurants and Wine tasting rooms, markets and of course the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve Peaceful street - wild turkeys and deer roaming around. The home was charming with a comfortable living space and super comfy bed. Amenities were great and updated appliances were a plus. Easy to get to Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. The dog loved Morro Bay Dog Beach too! Definitely recommend”

“This is a cozy house, two bedrooms, one bath upstairs with one sink and tub/shower combo and a half bath downstairs. I love the color scheme of the house, It feels like a beach cottage. The pillows are all the same style and are hard, so bring your own pillow, and there’s no throw blankets for downstairs on the sofa watching TV. Other than that, it’s a great little place. I’ve stayed here a couple times now. The backyard deck is great, but the table is different than in the pictures, it’s a glass table with wicker chairs, one of the chairs is broken, so seats 5. The kitchen table is different also, they now have a round glass table that seats four. Kitchen small but well stocked. This house is managed by a service, there is no direct communication with owner. You have to go into town to pick up your keys and go back and drop them off. Also, the driveway is very steep and you were not allowed to park on the street, though my neighbor next-door was, so I don’t understand that.”

“The location is great and the views to the sea from the living room and the porch are stunning. The inside of the house is very spacious, but the furniture and the equipment is a bit dated. Glasses as well as beds, towels, blankets etc. show clear signs of wear and tear, in the kitchen cabinets is a lot of unused clutter, christmas decoration, old manuals, etc. The bathrooms would benefit from a makeover. The garage is spacious and provides enough space for two cars, but also contained some broken things like old lawn chairs, vacuum cleaners etc. that seem to be waiting for disposal. We had a good time due to the very nice surroundings and the many activities that the area provides. The house was clean, everything was in working condition and overall matched the description and the photos. It could be a real gem with some easy measures. In the current condition, we felt it did not quite match the asked price.”

“I am writing to share our feedback regarding our recent stay in Cambria. This trip held deep personal significance, as my husband and I met there 37 years ago, and we were returning to celebrate the life of my mother, who passed away earlier this year. Family members from five different states joined us, many of whom we had not seen in 11 years. While the house itself was wonderful and very clean, our experience was unfortunately marred by an interaction with the neighbors. We gathered briefly to show a memorial video, and some family members parked on the street. I recognize now that street parking is not permitted; however, given the emotional nature of the day, I overlooked this rule. The neighbors contacted the property management in a hostile manner, which cut our time short and prevented us from fully sharing our memories. The entire group was present for less than one hour. The neighbors proceeded to block our entry into the driveway from then on.”

“The Good: Spacious home, excellent fully equipped kitchen, and includes board games/puzzles. The location is serene, peaceful, and walking distance to the waterfront and trails. Things to Know: You absolutely need a car here. The nearest general store is very limited, so you might consider buying groceries before arriving. Key pickup/drop-off is at a separate location. The Bad: The hot tub was broken (and looked like it had been for a while), and we weren't told until check-in day. The outdoor furniture and area is sun-damaged and not as inviting as the pictures make it out to be. Finally, the constant signs on every light switch, faucet, and toilet telling us how to behave felt very micro-managed and unwelcoming.”

“Great location, parking was a challenge and instructions were unclear. But, we enjoyed the condo and the location is great for exploring the area.”

“It was ok enough, very mid experience. Location is great and inside is tidy. Fireplace did not work, the sheets smelled so strongly of bleach it did burn my nose a bit the first couple of nights. And the patio furniture was quite dirty and some of the indoor furniture is different/missing from what is pictured in the listing photos. It’s all fine enough, but for the price I was expecting it to be better, maybe some blankets that would be available. The ones at the end of the bed did not seem washed, and there weren’t even tea packets in the kitchen. The binder guide they leave in the living room leaves something to be desired - no charming recommendations etc you typically see. However, this is a more corporate run Airbnb it seems and not an individual, and you can tell in the lack of attention to detail. I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and this one was disappointing, however, a beautiful neighborhood.”

“Charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath. The best part was the location above a quiet beach. There is a house between you and the stairs to the ocean, but still a view to the South. Great ocean sunsets and sounds! Inconvenient checkin. You have to go to downtown Cambria to pick up the keys and return them. No beach stuff. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.”
