“Molly's place was a great size with room for 5 adults and a dog, and a large backyard. Plenty of places to gather. It is pretty perfect for dogs, even the front yard is fenced. The location is awesome, you can walk to some stores/restaurants and the lake, but you're not in the busy part of the main town. The jacuzzi is great and so is the game room. I'd say if you have a hard time with stairs, avoid this place. There is a bedroom on the main level, but to get to the backyard you need to traverse a couple small staircases and to get upstairs, obviously. The icemaker doesn't work and no provided ice trays, so bring your own if you need it for a cooler or anything.”

“The house was beautiful and clean everything was perfect but the only thing is that in the morning u couldn’t really enjoy outside because of the smell of the lake and u couldn’t had the windows open we had to wait into the night to be outside but everything else was beautiful (: the house inside super cleaning and nice”

“Had a good time here this weekend. The place was as described. Has everything you may need while staying in a place. A few things stood out to us that I would like to share. First off, don’t try and find this place at night, it was not the easiest. The neighborhood was dark, no lights on outside of the house and the numerics were not very visible from the street. The smell in the house was as if someone had a fire in the fire place and forgot to open the flute. It was strong. Some TLC is needed for the doors as they stick, hard to unlock the back patio door and the back screen door would just come off the tracks when you try to use it. No real privacy in the back. Theirs residences that are right on top of you and can see directly into that back bedroom and the back patio. Lastly, the hot tub was not clean. Seemed as if it had been sitting for a bit. Good price for the place though. Easy to get to all the activities.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin. The neighborhood was quiet, and walking our dog was such a peaceful adventure. We will stay there if it's available on our next trip to Big Bear.”

“The dock situation was frustrating. We were not able to trim our motor all the way down for two reasons; weeds would get tangled either way but it was less with it trimmed up & we all had to stand to the front of tritoon when coming/going or we’d hit the bottom. We had to rope off directly in front of dock. We reached out to management company twice to ultimately be blown off. I understand that they can’t control the water levels but at least be forth coming, especially since I reached out ahead of time about the dock. It’s not a great feeling after dropping $5000 to stay here. The bushes along the dock my husband trimmed back at night because they were so overgrown onto the path & had a ton of bees. Lastly, the spider and web situation is bad. I’ve stayed in this exact cul-de-sac before & it was great. The amount of spiders that came out inside the house at night was alarming. The house itself has a great layout and the location is wonderful. Honestly, the house just feels neglected.”

“This house has incredible potential and could truly be an amazing place to stay with some attention to detail. The location, and overall space are great, but unfortunately the condition of the home did not meet our expectations. While the home appears clean upon arrival, it quickly becomes obvious that it has not been given a proper deep cleaning in quite some time. There was dust throughout the house. The baseboards were noticeably dirty, and many of the kitchen cupboards! It seems as though only the most visible areas are cleaned between guests, while the details that make a home feel truly clean have been overlooked. The carpets on the main level are heavily stained and need replaced! The couch is also very worn and uncomfortable. There are also several maintenance issues that should be addressed. Multiple bathroom drains were clogged. The kitchen could benefit from a complete review of its contents. Items were old and damaged! Ants were also huge problem during our stay!”
