“Anastasia was awesome! She was a great host. Location is amazing! It’s very walkable and you are right in the heart of Dunedin by Main Street. My husband and I bounced around to all the breweries and coffee shops. Our favorite beer spot was Woodwright brewing- try the Hefeweizen- delish! We also enjoyed brunch at The Living Room. Super cute and great food. Also-Try Skips bar, it’s a local dive bar favorite for locals. The space is clean and is the perfect size for couples. Anastasia provides beach gear like towels, coolers and an umbrella. It was nice to not have to pack extra stuff like that. Very convenient and nice of them to think of details like this for their guests. Only cons to the space is the parking is a little tight and the low ceilings. My husband is on the taller side and hit his hands a few times on the ceiling fan when changing. NOTE: FOLLOW ANASTASIA’S DIRECTIONS. GPS will take you directly to the front of the cottages in the Main Street and can be a little confusing”

“Love that this location is walking distance to downtown Dunedin. Lots of restaurants and the Pinellas trail is nearby for those looking to stay active. There construction happening on both sides of this unit, but it appears to be coming to an end soon. Beds are super comfortable, and great bathrooms and kitchen. Host is very responsive!”

“Awesome hosts and stay !! Many restaurants within walking distances, the town is super dog friendly. The place is exactly as described and photos . Jose was super responsive and great to visit with . We are Airbnb super hosts , so are standards are quite high on hosts and homes. This one is 5 stars !!”

“The cottage was immaculately clean, well organized, comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need. It was located within walking distance of downtown Dunedin great restaurants and a fun place to be. It’s also located within 10 mins of the beautiful beaches in this part of Florida. Wonderful hosts, stay and easy communication. I highly recommend your stay at this cottage.”

“Anastasia’s place was great ! Since we were arriving late they turned down the sofa bed for us! The home is mins from great beaches, good food and the Blue Jays training space. It was over all a great stay ! Would def stay again”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It's beautifully decorated, you can truly feel the love and care Anastasia and Jose put into every detail. The space is charming, cozy, and stocked with every utensil and item we could possibly need, so we didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. It made our day-to-day so easy and enjoyable. The location in Dunedin is wonderful too. We hope to come back soon !! Highly recommend!”

“We had such a great time staying here. It was our first time in Florida and first time flying with our child (1 years old) and I messaged Anastasia about having a child and wondering if they had a pack n play or if I should consider grabbing one/bringing one with. Immediately she got back to me and said they could have one ready for us as well as age appropriate toys for our kiddo & a highchair. It was such a weight off our shoulders being able to have that at the airbnb and it was so thoughtful to accomodate for our family. The location is so great, you are a really quick 3-5 min drive to downtown, if it is nice weather you can absolutely walk to town as well. The only thing I would be aware of is that the house is split into two units which we could clearly hear conversations from the people renting the other side. but they provided sound machines in the room which was helpful with noise! If we travel back to this area we would 100% stay here again!”
