“Me and my boyfriend spent 3 nights at this place and we loved it. Looks exactly like the pictures, the surroundings are beautiful, this is such a peaceful place. The Jacuzzi makes the experience even better, we really enjoyed it. The hosts are super responsive and really kind. We absolutely would stay here again.”

“Nice cabin and location. Perfect set up for our family with grown kids - each had their own bedroom and bathroom which was really nice. Also pet friendly which is appreciated. The location is quiet and out of the way, yet close to Helen and all the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit (Unicoi, Ana Ruby Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, and Tallulah Gorge). We had a couple of small items that didn't work, but the host was very quick to respond and the maintenance person was super nice and fixed everything quickly.”

“There were a few issues in the beginning when we arrived there. Key was left in the door and unlocked. Wet towels in the washer, garbage bag with trash left by the front door and the settings for the hot tub was pulled out sitting on the chair. However, we reached out and they were remedied pretty quickly. A sweet girl came by and apologized and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s a very cute cabin and the location is great for visiting Helen and surrounding areas. Very quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was great as well. I would bring some extra towels, pillows and blankets. We didn’t ask for more, so not sure if that would’ve been an option they supplied. If you have a chance, Clarkesville is very quaint as well with a few good restaurants. I would recommend this cabin since the communication was great and everything was easily taken care of. We had a nice stay there and a great time overall.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Sautee Mountain Retreat! Our original reservation had to be modified due to an issue beyond the Retreat’s control. Jessie was quick to communicate and get us assigned to a different property (with an additional bathroom!). The property was clean upon our arrival, amenities were as listed, and the area was extremely peaceful. It was the perfect blend of privacy and play! Thanks for having us!”

“Our stay at The HoneyBee cabin wasn't what we expected from reviews. The bathroom had long hairs in each drawer and on back of toilet. Also, there were hairs on the bedding. The kitchen is lacking essentials for making full meals. Although there is a coffee maker and basket with coffees, there were no filters for the coffee maker. So, make sure you have filters when you stay here. The hot tub wasn't working properly, and the maintenance man Derrick, came twice to check on it. Eventually using control panel from another hot tub, still unable to get it working properly. With all of that, we feel it was a bit pricey with what we thought we were getting. Next time in the area, we will stay elsewhere. But, as far as location, it was right in between Helen and Cleveland, which offer great restaurants and things to do. Overall, we would give it a solid 3 1/2 stars.”
