“The property is a cozy cottage in a great location. The home is a bit dated, and could use some updates inside and out. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping , there was no fire or smoke in the home, it certainly gave our family a scare. They have a zero tolerance visitor policy over the 4 person maximum staying in home: we have family nearby that came to visit on the patio for an hour before dinner, the owner had texted me emphasizing 4 person maximum capacity, including visitors staying outside on the patio over a 1.5 hour timeframe.”
