“I gata say! We are most definitely coming back!! This Freshly remodeled condo is super clean that felt like home to us! It is Just as pictured, My favorite part was watching sunrise off the balcony in the front of the building and from the condo balcony you can watch sunset, Tons of things to do in clear water and the beach is amazing, super peaceful and quiet. highly recommend!!”

“This property has a great location if you’re wanting to be right on the beach. They supply beach chairs and an umbrella, but umbrella was broken so we couldn’t use much. Perfect for a couple to stay. Close to Clearwater where all the food and little shops are. It does not have central air, has ac units in the living room area and bedroom, which helps cool down the place a little. But summertime, it might not be as helpful as you want it to be. October weather wasn’t bad so it cooled for as much as we needed. We had to supply our own shampoo and toilet paper because they only give you a little sample bottles for the shower and paper thin toilet paper. So we did end up leaving some of that there, hoping the next guests can use it without having to go out and get their own. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Definitely will be back, the owner of the place was super cool and even left brand new sand toys for my three children and even told us we could take them if we wanted to, being that we dont live anywhere near sand we left them in hopes we get to use them next time we stay as well as hoping other kids enjoy them as much as mine did! The place was super cozy and right on the beach! Vacation is supposed to be less work and more relaxing. This has that written all over it! Took me less than 20 minutes to set up our tent ect on the beach due to not having to wait long elevator rides, and it taking at least an hour to complete lug everything to the beach and set up. Can't wait to be back!!”

“Great for larger family. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very nice location in central Clearwater. Close to groceries, restaurants and short drive to beach. Great quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs and beach towels were an awesome surprise and we really appreciated it. Comfortable outdoor furniture as well.”
