“We had a fantastic stay. The room was exactly what is shown in the photos and described in the description and very clean. Even though there is a public beach access right next door it still wasn't at all crowded on the beach. The host is great to work with and answers emails immediately and is very helpful. The pool was down for repair issue but the host had that clearly listed when booking and we were okay with that (We come to the beach for the beach). Would absolutely book this room or another managed by Sandy Feet when we Come back to the area next time.”

“We were visiting to attend a wedding in Tampa and stay at the beach. Our group included 13 adults and 2 toddlers ranging in age from 22 months to 79 years old and we all had a good time. The bigger house was not too cluttered so we didn’t have to put too many items out of reach from the grabby toddlers. There was a step down from the kitchen leading to the washer/dryer that is an a safety hazard but the 22 month old quickly learned her lesson after her first and only fall. The smaller house had the nicer patio and backyard which was cooler due to less direct sunlight and the outdoor fans. The beach was a short walk away, doable even for the arthritic members in our party. The public library was 1.5 blocks away and had a wonderful kids section where toddlers kept busy with, books, games, coloring, and toys.”
