“The perfect house for a restful few beach days after 2 weeks at the parks in Orlando. Very short walk to a beautiful white sand beach. House was very homely, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we needed. Beautiful garden with space for the children to run around and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. Having the shed fully stocked with everything you might need for the beach including a wagon, buckets, spades, pickle ball, bodyboards etc was such a lovely treat.”

“The location of this Airbnb was the selling point. We have found that the easy access locations for the beach always charge more than they are worth but the extra cost does seem to offset with an easy walk directly to the beach. The unit was very nice but the smell of the unit was a big turn off. The mold/mildew smell was very overpowering and kept us awake the first night. Our clothes and luggage smell of mildew now that we are home. We ended up buying some fabreeze spray to help but it only masked it for about an hour. Overall it was a good location. A bit over priced for the space but again, the easy walk to the beach is what you pay for. If you’re looking for easy beach access without all the amenities, this is a good spot.”

“Our family of five enjoyed our stay and enjoyed many things Indian Shores had to offer. The condo was spacious and had everything needed…kitchenware, beach chairs/toys/umbrella, linens, and a washer/dryer that we utilized. There were so many fun shops nearby, putt-putt, ice cream parlors, breakfast/coffee shops, and the delicious Salt Rock Grill for a fancy dinner out. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up (we stayed middle August 🥵) however…set to 72 as requested but never dropped below 74. We were never uncomfortable though. We also had some rust stains that ruined clothing from the beach chairs but this was likely due to guests prior to our stay not rinsing the chairs properly. We highly recommend this place and area! (We are beach lovers and spent most of our time by the ocean, so next time in Indian Shores we might stay ocean front instead. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes, but for our needs it would suit us better to be closer.)”
