“This Villa was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. The view from the porch is gorgeous while still providing shade. The short walk to the beach is mostly boardwalk. We encountered many deer while walking to the beach. The deer are used to people so they typically just watch you walk by. The beach was so quiet and not crowded at all. The interior was very comfortable, especially the bed! The location is very close to many great restaurants at the marina and at Freshfields market. You almost don’t even need to leave Seabrook. I do recommend going to dinner at Lost Isle about 15 minutes away. A must is to see the dolphins while they are strand fishing. You can park at Oyster Catcher Court, turn left on the beach, and walk to the inlet. They are most active 2 hours before and after low tide. An amazing sight!! This has quickly become our favorite spot!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was beautifully decorated and well stocked with tons of extras. Being on the golf course was a nice surprise and fun to watch! Having access to the Seabrook Island Club made our stay! We loved the sandy beach area with chairs and the large pool. The beach was less than a 5 minute drive so it was easy to go back and forth when we needed breaks. We also enjoyed all of the shops and restaurants at Fresh Fields. This was such a peaceful and beautiful vacation spot!”

“Very clean, great AC, Kitchen had everything we needed to cook so that was a plus. The villa came with several beach chairs, Umbrellas, beach toys and boogie boards. Great view of the golf course and my kids enjoyed watching the gators relaxing in the pond. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Great stay, beautiful area. Unfortunately, the communication was a bit frustrating and confusing, as the host would send constant automatic messages that were irrelevant to our stay and would ignore my previous messages (for example, messaging us to do a later check out when we had already spoken earlier and agreed to it). Also, early check and late check out were extra and on the pricey side and some of the amenities cost extra (tennis/pickleball). Otherwise, the place was perfect for what we were looking for.”

“The door to the unit was awful, would only open about a foot and then had to wrangle to get it open further. Guest bedroom was extremely warm. They apparently have a thermometer in the room that controls said room. Once door was open was a huge temperature difference. There were dead bugs on the wall and several spider webs. The furniture was probably the worst I have ever sat on. Sitting on the couch, you basically sat on the hide a bed.”
