“This house was fantastic and the host was so accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience! The pool was amazing the lake views are stunning and the house is absolutely amazing. It is so spacious and we all had room to relax and have our own space.”

“The stay was nice. The house definitely needed alot of updates. It was good for the weekend. The pool and hot tub wasn’t the cleanest. There were constant ants and even some broken glasses and door handles. The roof is falling apart. The kayaks were kinda gross and had broken oar’s . Location was great. The house was plenty big for our party. We enjoyed cooking and the grill. We needed to reach out more than once for the pin to get in. For the amount of money.. I don’t think I would stay again.”

“The cleanliness of this condo was subpar and repairs are needed in guest bathroom since blue painters tape was holding the molding …pots and pans so old didn’t want to use..”

“Pros- Great location for us from the Harness Track. Plenty of space for 4 of adults. Lovely view out the back. Clean with lots of towels. Responsive host. Cons- One of the bedrooms and bathroom are in an outside apartment up some steep steps. The shower is in the middle of the room so you would have to be well acquainted with your roommate! This is not in the description. 2 of the bedrooms share a bathroom and small shower. Also not in description. We ran out of hot water when we all 4 took showers Saturday night. The bushes obscured the driveway somewhat and there is a lot of traffic on the road. Parking is difficult for more than 3 cars. We were given the incorrect address and passcode. No shampoo, soap, hair dryers or any amenities for the price compared to other air bnbs we have stayed at in the area.”

“Stayed for my Bachelor Party Golf trip. Always responded promptly and was quick to help if they could. They booked 4 tee times for us at Mid Pines and Southern Pines which made our trip a lot easier. Would stay again.”

“This is a true middle of the pack place. I was leaning toward giving it a 2 star, but I think 3 is fair. The place itself has great views, ample space, clean bathrooms, and is very cozy. It ‘will do’ for a golf trip. That being said, I felt the host was very inconsiderate and rude. They asked us to take out the trash from previous guests, provided the wrong address, we’re not communicating when we had issues with the condo, and would only send me messages when trying to upsell early check-in and in late checkout. The host also sent me a list of a bunch of things to do and it felt as if I was working instead of on vacation. I also feel for the price I paid. I could’ve gotten something a little bit nicer.”

“The house was dated but good for our needs. Pool / hot tub area was dirty and hot tub was cloudy / gross / unclean. The sliding door handles were completely broken with general maintenance needed throughout the house (loose fixtures, lightbulbs, etc. normal but needing to be addressed). Bedrooms were fine, kitchen fine, view of lake is very nice from deck. I struggled with the mgmt company as I had just 2 q’s in advance on parking and early arrival as we were bringing cooked food that needed refrigerating. They never answered early arrival (ever) and for parking they said we would have to figure it out. But don’t worry, they sent me multiple upsell msgs for late checkout, extending stay, etc, all for a fee if desired. Their responsiveness was not good. For this price point, the whole experience did not meet expectations.”
