“The place is exactly as described! We had a great stay with our family and the location is so close to everything we needed in Pinehurst. The beds were super comfy and everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. Just make sure if you want to use the pool to pack pool towels! Highly recommend though!”

“Overall, this is an okay house with a mix of pros and cons. Pros: • Great Location: Conveniently located close to the Pinehurst Resort. • Beautiful View: Nice view of Pinehurst #5 from the back of the house. • Spacious: Plenty of rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms for a large group. • Amenities: Nice kitchen area and a pool table in the main room. Cons: • Outdated: The house is showing its age across both internal and external areas. • Cleanliness & Odors: Multiple items needed a deeper clean or had an unpleasant smell (bed linens, closets, and some kitchen utensils). • Deferred Maintenance: The exterior needs work (grass, pavement, deck, and walls). The photos on the listing are quite different from reality. • Check-in Issues: The check-in instructions on the app were incorrect (they said that the information was sent via text).”

“Overall, this was a very average stay. The biggest disappointment was the lack of basic amenities that are typically expected in an Airbnb. After spending the entire day golfing, we returned late in the evening only to discover there was no laundry detergent and no shower essentials like soap or shampoo. It was frustrating to have to deal with something so basic after a long day, especially since these are amenities most guests reasonably expect. The property itself was fine, but the lack of these essentials made the experience less comfortable than it should have been.”
