“Very nice location and great neighborhood. It needs a toilet paper holder in the master (upstairs bedroom) bathroom. Not a big deal all considering. Views were great. Quick walk to the beach. The helpful diagram for the stove was appreciated. Elevator was a big help once we figured it out. Loved it was dog friendly. Pool was a refreshing perk. Resident outdoor feral cat was unintrusive. Neighboring lady who feeds it was great. We got to see a sea turtle be released because of her.”

“Cut bait beach house was perfect for our family beach vacation. The four bedrooms are spacious and the open floor plan for dining, living room and kitchen is great for playing and cooking together. The screened porch is nice for sitting outside and watching summer storms. Our grandson loved swimming in the pool and the abundance of pool deck loungers, tables and umbrellas was much appreciated. There is also a bonus shaded gazebo the pups loved to hang out in. The beach is a short walk away as was several areas for catching views of sunsets. There is a 3rd floor deck for catching sunsets as well and for moon and star viewing. We are already making plans for next year and hoping this house will be available.”
