“It’s a nice condo, family, friendly, but definitely not a penthouse”

“We enjoyed our stay, however, we were informed that the ac in the upstairs bedroom was going to be out for the duration of the stay, our host gave us the option for a full refund, but we declined as it wouldn’t be to hot (we opened the window and it was fine) and they gave us a partial refund which we greatly appreciated! The upstairs Jacuzzi tub did not work, and the host offered to send someone to fix it right away. There was some wear and tear in the condo but that is expected. The swim up bar was not open as we expected it to be, which was a bit upsetting. Overall we had an amazing time, would 100% stay again (and make sure to check the weather before booking next time)!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and the host were very good communicators. The view was incredible and the location great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“This condo is perfectly placed on the strip of Va Beach. Access to the beach and restaurants, and playgrounds for the littles. We didn’t have access to the laundry in the unit even though it was advertised in the listing. We also didn’t inquire either so it may have e been available if we asked. The unit was very clean and had an amazing view of the beach. The rooms on opposite sides of the condo was great for keeping the kids on one side of the condo as we adults enjoyed the other side. At night the ambient lighting in the crown molding was a great touch for movie night once the kids went to sleep. It was everything we could ask for. Communication was great! Also, if you want to take advantage of late check out you need to let the host know 48 hours in advance. We didn’t realize this because was booked last minute. It would have been nice to enjoy that because the pool opens up at 9am. Otherwise awesome unit and awesome trip!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Virginia Beach property! The location was perfect, just about 20 minutes from the boardwalk area, while still offering a quieter, beautiful beach setting that was ideal for relaxing with family. The beach itself was gorgeous, and having a playground nearby was such a huge bonus for the kids. The host thoughtfully provided beach toys for guests to use, which made our trip even easier and more enjoyable. There were also plenty of restaurants, shopping, and conveniences close by, so everything we needed was within easy reach. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family-friendly beach getaway!”

“I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our stay. First, we requested an early check in so our toddler could nap so we arrived with all of our bags and a crabby baby only to discover that our room was not ready. Nobody thought to tell us that the place wasn’t ready and we had to wait over an hour with a screaming baby. Then once we finally got in the older kids were thrilled to use the pool. We booked this spot specifically for the indoor pool. However after getting everyone changed and ready to go we found out that it was under construction and not open our entire stay. It was extremely frustrating and the company claimed that it was in the listing however the ACTUAL TITLE of the listing said “INDOOR POOL”. They promptly changed the title after I complained and then acted like it wasn’t there. It was a very frustrating experience and I write this review so hopefully others don’t have the same experience.”
