“it was great. Especially because when we arrived we went to a horrible place that looked nothing like the pictures and had mold and doors that were painted shut. the host was able to take a last minute reservation. the host was responsive within 30 minutes and the home looked like the pictures. There were sand toys available for us and the views were awesome. it was our first time using Airbnb and it is something we will be using more often than hotels. We were thoroughly impressed.”

“The view from the 14th floor was amazing. The sunrise was so beautiful to watch . I know it was more than what I wanted to spend but in the end it was worth it.”

“The view is beautiful. We seen dolphins about every morning and people surfing. Walking distance to shops, dinner, breakfast and ice cream places. Very clean and quite area. Everyone was friendly. Building you can tell is a little older but it was well maintained. Area around is very clean. Area felt very safe. Only thing I can complain about would be the kitchen is a little tight/small. I would definitely come back and stay agian.”

“Clean very well appointed unit. Had more than what was listed! The building is run down and not the cleanest but the unit itself was great! I would stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay, however, we were informed that the ac in the upstairs bedroom was going to be out for the duration of the stay, our host gave us the option for a full refund, but we declined as it wouldn’t be to hot (we opened the window and it was fine) and they gave us a partial refund which we greatly appreciated! The upstairs Jacuzzi tub did not work, and the host offered to send someone to fix it right away. There was some wear and tear in the condo but that is expected. The swim up bar was not open as we expected it to be, which was a bit upsetting. Overall we had an amazing time, would 100% stay again (and make sure to check the weather before booking next time)!”

“The property and location were great. There were ocean views. The attached parking garage was less than half full our entire stay. For the cost, it would have been nice to be able to allow a 2nd car there. The price listed in Airbnb is deceptive. Despite what is advertised, it was over $1000 per day.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and the host were very good communicators. The view was incredible and the location great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“This condo is perfectly placed on the strip of Va Beach. Access to the beach and restaurants, and playgrounds for the littles. We didn’t have access to the laundry in the unit even though it was advertised in the listing. We also didn’t inquire either so it may have e been available if we asked. The unit was very clean and had an amazing view of the beach. The rooms on opposite sides of the condo was great for keeping the kids on one side of the condo as we adults enjoyed the other side. At night the ambient lighting in the crown molding was a great touch for movie night once the kids went to sleep. It was everything we could ask for. Communication was great! Also, if you want to take advantage of late check out you need to let the host know 48 hours in advance. We didn’t realize this because was booked last minute. It would have been nice to enjoy that because the pool opens up at 9am. Otherwise awesome unit and awesome trip!”
