“Got to the house and it was 80 degrees Inside some how the heat was on. Gnats ALL over the kitchen bought groceries just for them to get all in our food reached out to the host about the gnats all over the place and somehow they just brushed it away they obviously got worse sent a message 2 days later and asked if they were going to fix the problem after i complained some more the house it self was nice but the gnats should have been taken care of before we got there”

“There was No toilet paper after the first day and no Dishwasher liquid at all. When bought to their attention, I was advised they only supply one roll and it was our responsibility to go buy some. I’ve been staying in airbnbs for almost 10 years, this has never happened. The yard was not cut. There were roaches in the house. Started seeing so many we left early. The trash. An outside was still full. They finally came and emptied it. The pool was absolutely atrocious. It was filthy!!! We could not swim. Sheets were not the cleanest. When I voiced my concerns, I was asked to still leave them a good review, nothing under 3 stars. if I didn’t that would jeopardize their property getting removed from Airbnb. When I explained how unsatisfied I was with the stay and asked if I could be reimbursed, they said I was trying to bribe them and reported my account. Do yourself a favor and don’t book with them. They were responsive until the trip. So response. I have proof everything I’m saying.”

“We had a pleasant stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. The location was great, and we didn’t have any major issues during our visit. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we reported the balcony light wasn’t working. We were told someone would come to fix it, but unfortunately no one ever showed up. Other than that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Loved the area and it was an overall good trip. Wish we would have been made aware of the 2 car limit of parking. Our condo was 3 bedroom and slept 8 people and we were expected for all people and luggage to come in 2 vehicles. I know that the parking is not handled by rental company but a heads up in description of limited parking would have been beneficial. Would have not booked if would have know the restrictions.”

“I think it was a reasonable place to stay considering the price. The only things I was a bit disappointed in was how extremely hard the queen bed is and unfortunately the WiFi did not work the whole week being there. I was told someone would come by and check it out but that never happened and never got any assistance regarding it. Other than those things it was a good stay.”

“Elevators did not work, unclear check in instructions, owners very rude and aggressive, apartment was very old, furniture run down, old and dirty. Dirty, old bath mats, main TV only one channel available, lights and fans did not work. Missing lights and side tables by beds, 2nd bedroom bed on wheels, bed is not stable. Excessive clutter in cupboards, can’t hang up clothes. Not worth the money. Do not stay here.”

“I have chrons disease and never know when a flare will hit. So we got in around 10 and looked at the email and didn’t have a door code. Tried to contact and received a call back with the code. My hands were full so couldn’t write it down. The next day asked for the code again when we left and was sent a rude message about how we had already had two emails sent and one phone call with code. I sent a picture showing how the code wasn’t in the email and that I couldn’t write it down at the time it was given. Also asked about the golf cart more than once and several hours later finally called and got a response. I feel like communication could be much better. The other thing I noticed is the grass hadn’t been cut in a while . It was pretty long especially in the back around the pool. There was also lot of debris and deflated pool toys. The last thing is it was clear you were to get your own pool towels. Why have a pool and not supply towels for use?”

“Upon arrival, the pool was dirty and the yard was not kept. the trash bins were full. The house from the outside looked abandoned. It looked like it was not ready for guests. The area was nice and beach was close.”

“On arrival so many items missing from description. And had to wait 6 days for some of these things to be provided as initial response was from AI had to message again to get a response from the host who said they were unaware of the issues raised. No hangers, no hairdryer, broken dryer, broken fridge freezer, ( tiny fridge replacement with no ice box), broken toaster, no mop bucket or vacuum, no oven glove, limited cookware, extractor not working Roof leaked during thunder storm . We stayed for 2 weeks and the host said the fridge freezer was getting fixed on the 6th day and they would look at the dryer. Part replaced in fridge which promptly shattered after a few hours and froze all the groceries in the fridge . The floors were filthy we didn’t have a dryer for the whole 2 weeks . The place clearly had not been checked over properly. The area is great but the property disappointing . Not for anyone with mobility issues as it’s up 6 flights of stairs .”

“We liked the location of this place ,it’s got a lovely view to the ocean also a lot of amenities near by. Nice and clean beach ,beautiful white sand!! The place needs a serious cleaning,the floors were dirty after walking barefoot ,our feet was black and we had small children, the whole place needs a better maintenance”
