“We were very pleased with our stay. Little disappointed we could never find anyone to start the gas fire pit and when we did they said none of them worked however that had nothing to do with our actual room. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our family took a last minute chance on Sand Seeker’s Shasta St retreat after another host had cancelled on us without warning 4 days before our trip. Booking something last minute is always a little scary, but our entire family was stunned by what we were greeted with! It looks just like the pictures inside. Facilities were clean, and the home felt like home. We joked about asking to purchase the property because we liked it so much. We had a large party- 9 people and 4 households. Everyone felt comfortable and it was not cramped at all. Short and easy walk to the public beach, which was beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. This location is actually in my favorite part of PCB- the one lacking of all the noise. It’s about 25 minutes to the downtown PCB area, but I prefer that so the beaches are less crowded. Thomas’ donuts and ice cream is right around the corner, which is a great little spot if you’re in town. The host was also excellent, and very helpful. Will stay again.”

“We liked the location of this place ,it’s got a lovely view to the ocean also a lot of amenities near by. Nice and clean beach ,beautiful white sand!! The place needs a serious cleaning,the floors were dirty after walking barefoot ,our feet was black and we had small children, the whole place needs a better maintenance”

“It was a beautiful house, wasn’t nothing like the pictures. Pool was smaller then the picture & it stated heated pool & wasn’t in the description when i book it. i had to end up paying for two days of the pool to be heated then it was so hot, the kids couldn’t even swim in it then i was told it stated that it was in the house rules to pay for the pool to be heated.”

“The day before I was set to check in. I requested check in instructions. The response I received was "Sign the rental agreement that was emailed to you multiple times, once signed you'll receive your check in instructions email" I went back and the contract was signed the day after I paid in full. I sent a message with the screen shot of when I signed. I received this in return "Apologies for the automated texts, please give us a call directly or text us a phone number for any queries 🤗" Then on the day before check out, I received an invoice for a different unit stating that I was going to be charged for the stay. I reached out and received no response. There were some serious issues I felt on the Sand Seeker side. The location was great and the view of the bay was great! I was just disappointed in the correspondence and accusations that I received.”
