Sand 'N Sea Properties
4.75Visit website
Sand 'N Sea Properties's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I loved the view and the spacious layout, but I wasn't happy with the smell. The property also needs several upgrades and repairs. For example, the glass on one of the bathroom doors was coming apart, which was concerning.”airbnb

“A lovely house in a great location! We enjoyed our stay here and loved how easy it was to get to the beach access. It’s also an easy ride to the main pool and pool across the street in the community development. The listing notes they only supply day one essentials for amenities, so make sure you pack things like toilet paper, trash bags, etc. because you are likely to run out if you are staying more than 1/2 nights. This house is wonderful, but for the price it would be nice to have more basic amenities included by the management company, like enough toilet paper for the entire stay!”airbnb

“It was a great location for the beach access. Living room was great, but difficult to access. Most seating is high too so keep that in mind if you have children or older people with you.”airbnb

“Was very responsive before checking in. Process was easy and house was right on the beach front. They did not respond to calls and messages afterwards. The fridge was leaking water. Perhaps because it was the weekend. Furniture and appliances could use an update as they were not working, rusted or missing planks (bunk beds).”airbnb

“The house was great but the location is not private at all. It is on the main access to the public beach and there were hundreds of cars parked on the beach in front of the house. No where in the pictures is this mentioned or described. It is very misleading. It is a super crowded area of the beach and we had to walk through the parking lot (not safe with young children) to get to an area that was free of cars. Again the house was great but we will not be staying here again due to bad location.”airbnb

“The house is in a great location and the area is very nice, which made our stay enjoyable. However, there are a few things that future guests should be aware of. The photos do not accurately reflect the actual size of the property. We were traveling with another couple, and both families had babies. We initially planned to use both bedrooms with larger beds, but one of the bedrooms was extremely small—essentially just large enough to fit the bed—which made it difficult to accommodate a family with a baby. Another drawback was that the property is managed by a company rather than having direct communication with the owner. The listing stated that a grill was available, but it was not there when we arrived. We had to contact management, and the grill was not delivered until the following day, which disrupted some of our plans for the trip. Additionally, there was not a single frying pan available in the kitchen, so we had to call and request one as well.”airbnb

“Great place and a great price. Don’t reach out to Sand and Sea via Airbnb, google their number and call them. I did not get my code by 4:30, despite the description of 4PM. I messaged through the app and never heard from them, so I googled their number and called them. After that, they sent me the text for the code and also gave it to my over the phone. House was perfect for my daughter’s birthday weekend!”airbnb

“Location is AMAZING. The layout of the house is different but overall it worked out. There was noticeable dust on fixtures but overall clean.”airbnb

“Property needs update. Decks need repair. Electrical needs repair we had to use our vehicle headlights to grill. Calling during business hours is preferable because text are not answered on the AIrbnb app. Property Pool was closed during our stay was not informed. Pier available with a deposit but pier is dangerous for small children because there’s only wood railing on one side🤦🏻♀️. Appliances need update aswell at least the fridge does. Throw blankets need to washed and cleaned had a bad odor we couldn’t use.”airbnb

“Pros: The view is absolutely beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The home has great potential, and the kitchen is spacious and very nice. Cons: The property needs maintenance and doesn’t match the listing photos. There were no TVs, no iron, missing wall décor, and visible flaws like a poorly patched hole. There were also random personal items throughout the home that made it feel like someone lives there. The deck railing appears worn and needs to be replaced for safety. Overall: A great location with a lot of potential, but upkeep and accuracy of the listing need improvement.”airbnb
