“The living space was bigger than it seemed, which was nice! The floors were pretty dirty upon arrival so we had to do a sweeping before hand for our kids. The TV’s had to be reconnected to the WiFi each time we turned them on, and the TV’s in the bedrooms were extremely slow. Otherwise, the house was just as described! Very cozy and not too far from golf cart rentals or the beach.”

“The size of home was great however very cumbersome for elderly parents made due. Floors needed to be mopped floor was gross and dingy. You can tell only spruced up and tidy for next guests for some time not clean clean.. Both condos next door were extremely loud stomping banging all day and night.”

“This rental would be great for young couples with kids and pet. We are elderly and had no tv because you need subscriptions to nexflix or others to sign on to watch tv. We have none so had no tv. We filtered our water with water filter we carry but still tasted like mud. This wasnt just this cottage as coffee from local restaurants tasted muddy too.”

“Good things: - great location near the beach - great location to pool - liked that there was a garage and hose - A/C worked great - very roomy - plenty of seating and comfortable - downstair king was very comfortable with soft sheets - spacious bathroom upstairs Bad things: - poor communication! Responded quickly but never with a correct or helpful answer with check in/out, no trash bags - sinks and drains wouldn't drain down stairs - gross rust looking stains downstairs bathroom - bunk bed mattress were too thick on top so kids could not safely stay up there due to no railing - washer smelled like oil/gas when it ran...made our clothes smell a little - dryer took a long time to dry - upstair bed was squeaky - loved that there was an ice machine”

“My friend and I had a good time ! Loved the secluded location and closeness to beach :) Sadly, we couldn’t get the futon to turn into couch position which makes sense why it was laid flat when we arrived and also had no extra blanket for futon, dishes were dirty i don’t recommend leaving it up to guests to wash dishes, balcony door and blinds were a struggle. Apart from that it was nice and comfortable 😊❤️”

“This place was nice. I felt like with how much we paid that at least the utensils and pots and pans weren't old rusty and made everything stick to them. it was really hard to cook anything. maybe think about replacing them”

“The condo was a nice size, however be prepared to spend a good chunk of money on trash bags, beach towels, kitchen spices, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry soap unless you are going to bring all these things yourself. The pool was very nice, but some of the pool goers brought a very loud speaker to the pool and showed very little consideration for the others, including the small kids. I would stay here again, but I expect there to be enough of the “basics” to get through a weekend, that’s why I didn’t get a hotel.”

“Overall, the place was clean and in a good location, which made it convenient for getting around. Communication with the host was generally good, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. I had to wait to receive the house code and ended up needing to ask for it, which made check-in less smooth than expected. Additionally, there was no hot water on the third floor during my stay, and unfortunately this was not resolved by the host. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.”

“Had issues with electronic lock. Took over an hour to get into the rental. Floors and furniture were dirty and dusty. Paid a cleaning fee but host basically asked you to clean the whole place except for the bedding. Place was quiet.”
