San Juan Property Management's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The ocean views and access from this home are stunning and even better than the pictures. Having a beach in our backyard was perfect with little kids. The home was very clean with every item you need (including binoculars to spot the wildlife) but no clutter. Host called to ensure we had check in information and clear instructions before weekend arrival. I would stay here again and recommend highly to anyone I know traveling to San Juan Island.”airbnb

“What a great location! I wish I booked a room with a direct view of the harbor but being able to open the French doors and see the harbor was great as well. I only stayed for a few nights and the location was perfect. Walked to restaurants and shops, down the marina, to my whale watching and kayaking excursions. Easy parking that’s conveniently located. I don’t think there were other guests when I stayed, except for one day, so it was quiet for me. Loved my stay!”airbnb

“Plenty of space for a group to spread out with lovely communal spaces to congregate. House felt relatively new and was well-stocked for short-term guests. The washer and dryer were particularly appreciated as our stay here was at the end of our trip.”airbnb

“A wonderful place just steps from everything and couldn't be more centralized. You could easily take the ferry on foot or bike and stay here, 100 yards from the terminal. Even more spacious than the photos. Everything was modern, up to date, and well maintained. Lots of bright, natural light. Super comfy bed. A grocery store is literally across the street. We had a car, but found it easy to unload out front and park the car elsewear. Whale watching with San Juan Safaris was a highlight, as was sushi at Jima and beers at the brewery.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay at Stonecliff. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was made even more special as my daughter’s boyfriend proposed to her after everyone ran a half marathon! We enjoyed cooking together and having our dinners overlooking the gorgeous view. We will definitely be back!”airbnb

“Perfect location, walkable to everything in town, right amount of space & loved the free parking + views!”airbnb

“Overall this was a good place to stay, conveniently located thou a bit noisy. I think it would be too warm to stay during the summer months and they really could use a couple of split AC units. Also there is only privacy film on the two windows next to the bed so the bedroom is quite bright. I’m not sure why there aren’t curtains. The unit was impeccably clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view. We would book again.”airbnb

“Overall nice place to stay for a few days. Its worth noting the beach access has a decent hill and could be difficult if you have a disability. Home was clean but did notice webs and ants. Pest Control showed up while we were there and the lack of any window coverings made it feel not so private. Decent spot to get away a few days minus the things mentioned.”airbnb

“First off. The good: you cannot beat the price of this unit that is located just seconds from the ferry terminal. Its centrally located in the heart of Friday harbor, making just about everything walkablr However, the size and privacy of the unit is a bit misleading in the listing. I originally booked this unit for four adults, two of which backed out after realizing that the "second bed" in a "pet friendly" unit was an air mattress to be set up in the living room area which is visible from the main bed. There would have been very little space for four adults here. the pet policy is VERY aggressive and after seeing the strongly worded signs we decided to just drive everywhere with our dogs in the car rather than risk the potential fees associated with leaving them in the unit. the coffee pot also did not work after brewing one out of coffee. would have been worth spending more to stay somewhere more welcoming after traveling for six hours.”airbnb
