“Plenty of space with everything I needed. Easy to get in. The neighborhood is walkable with good restaurants and other amenities nearby. As with much of SF, the sidewalk is not very clean and not everyone will feel fully comfortable walking around at night. There were also some loud conversations outside the front door at about six in the morning. Overall met my needs.”

“We have stayed in lots of AirBnBs for work and this has been one of the worst experiences. The place was overall dirty but then we began to notice the ants and spiders. There were so many ants all over the kitchen, the floor, and the bathroom. Then, in the extra small room across the bathroom, we found FIVE spiders. I think the cleanliness is unacceptable, it felt very dirty and not well maintained. We also had an issue where we heard a beeping like a dying battery in a smoke alarm, we called Bernat and he tried to help us but we eventually found a loose smoke alarm under his fridge? He sent a housekeeper, but we had to move the very heavy fridge, remove the device, and put it back. All for him to not even apologize or say anything about it. He did dispose of some trash for us at the end of the stay, but that was it. Big yikes for this place.”

“Good value for location. About 20 min walk to the mission. Whole Foods nearby. I was looking for a listing where the kitchen and living area is separate from the bedroom. Based on pictures I thought this would have it but the kitchen is open to the bedroom.”

“The location is great - right between the Mission District and Potrero Hill. We were in town visiting family in Potrero Hill and was able to walk there daily without any problems. The space was great for me and my daughter - she slept on the pullout couch and had her own private space in that room. I'd stay here again.”
