“Place okay - area great - ants in kitchen and bathroom - lots of them - Fan in bedroom noises - shower very slick needs some rough things on the floor - better info to send like number for door and how to check in and out”

“It is a beautiful spot! We had a good time! Planes fly directly over the house from 6am to midnight everyday so it was noisy. The hosts were slow to respond and did not respond when we had an issue. We asked for late check out days in advance and they denied our request but waited until the last day to do that. Again, beautiful spot and scenery BUT did have a few issues!”

“We really enjoyed our stay and were thankful for the pool with how hot the weather was. Location was great, a few minute walk to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants and shops. Only downsides of this rental was the door was a pain to open and lock, and honestly would be a easy fix for them as I saw previously other reviews about the door. We also had a bigger guest who said the bathroom was a little too narrow for him so I think that's important to note (but obviously something that can't really be changed). Lastly, we did think it was odd that they had a camera facing the pool. Wasn't a big fan of that, but I feel like they probably get away with it because the pool is in the front yard, therefore camera is kind of facing front gate as well. Didn't stop us from going in the pool but definitely was a conversation topic while we were trying to relax in it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was a nice bonus that both the couches turn into sofa beds.”

“The stay was great for my grandkids they loved it. They enjoyed being away from home, hanging out on the balcony, sleeping on the air mattress and being super close to the beach. The kitchen flourecent light didn't work, the pans were filthy and stained and scratched up, the stove/oven was sketchy, we saw a roach, the toilet paper holder had been ripped off, there were no rugs in the bathrooms, it was very dusty and sticky everywhere. I would never stay here again. #309 is no bueno.”
