“I would have given more stars if the house was clean. Bathrooms showers were not clean, debris in the hot tub and it wouldn’t stay hot, and the garage had a ping pong table but the floors were dirty kids didn’t want to play and I didn’t want them to drag in dirt. The grill didn’t light so we ended up going and buying a long lighter to light it. The coffee pot didn’t have the basket so we couldn’t make a pot of coffee - this was bad for the coffee drinkers in my group (we went and bought pods, just don’t the same). Noah had lots of fun things for our kids to do (air hockey, pac man, ping pong, hot tub) and it worked for us all to stay together.”

“Easy and fast location..”

“The home was large enough for my family to stay for my sisters wedding weekend. However the property was not in good working order. The coffee maker didn’t work, the hot tub smelled bad (mostly near it when standing in the deck) there were mice under the deck, the window trim fell right off the wall while my kids were watching tv, one of the pieces of the stair bannister was half off, the back deck is on a major slant, the dishwasher has missing pieces and when we did run it once it smelled like burning, the bunk bed was very squeaky (had to move kid to the floor), flooring at the top of the stairs broken/tripping hazard. Over all we felt the house was in need of quite a bit of maintenance. We didn’t love our time there. We were also told me had to move our camper from the drive way, scrambled to get help from my sister the day before the wedding to store it somewhere else, and then heard back 5 hours later that it was okay to leave it there. Just not a great experience.”

“With some maintenance to clean up lacking fixes and complete cleaning, this could be a great apartment. The possibility of an upstairs neighbor with loud footfalls is a total deterrence. Soundproofing and a soft close for the outside door would do wonders for this apartment. The size is good. The kitchen needs a complete makeover.”

“Wish You could post pics of the garbage all over this property, scattered, torn apart and in parking area. Host blamed it on the winter season after being confronted and acknowledged the issue but was told have to wait till next garbage day. There's wood board pieces on windows to lock them. Unhealthy environment to be around, needs major clean up....can't blame the weather. Garbage trucks work year round. we left 4days early and Host denying refund.”

“I personally would not recommend this establishment. We had trouble finding the building in the dark as the numbers are not easily visible. Once we got the keys from the lock box it would not open the apartment door. Notified owner and the keys were in a different lock box on the back of the building. Once inside there was a cigarette butt behind the couch, pieces of plaster on the walls were broken and needed repaired. There was paper or trash in the bathtub drain and bread crumbs in clean coffee filters. Not at all what was represented in the pictures. Did request a refund and was able to get that. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Place has great location. The listing showed a coffee maker with pods, but there were no coffee pods so we couldn't have morning coffee. There was one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extras. We ran out. No check out instructions. Only a time to be out by.”
