“We came to Santa Maria to celebrate a family wedding at the Sand Bar. The location is the perfect place to watch amazing sunsets and relax. We felt right at home. The unit had everything we needed. It's so incredibly close to the beach ! We walked to the local shops. The white Egret is a great shop. We are so grateful to have only beautiful memories ❤️”

“The location can’t get much better. The beach and water right by the unit is amazing. Our small family stayed here and our 2 kids loved it! The beach is unbelievable white flour sand and just such a nice getaway with places that are so good to eat nearby such as poppos Mexican donut experiment and the sandbar”

“Nice property and condo. The traffic coming into Anna Maria Island was a beast and we were not anticipating this. The rental does not offer any beach chairs or umbrellas, so we had to go buy some from Publix. There are options to rent on the beach but every place we called was sold out. Upon checking in we had to drive another 20 minutes in AMI traffic after a long flight to pick up our fobs. These should have been left inside the condo as upon driving into the gate, we had to speak with the virtual gate agent who took our name and opened the gate for us, so I don't know why we needed to go pick up the fobs in the first place. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.”

“The location was amazing. So easy for kids to head back whenever someone needed a snack or bathroom. Use of code instead of key is great. The place is pet friendly which may explain the loose bathroom cabinet door and trim pulled off and corner of cabinet chewed on. Limited dishes but enough for what we needed, as well as a dishwasher. Not much for spare cleaning supplies, I do like to freshen up spaces on my own but couldn’t. Bedding seemed very clean, but fixtures need updating. If you like a modern, well cared for atmosphere, this may not be the place for you. Tub/ facet was old. But the location does make up for a lot of that. The neighbors had an issue that indirectly impacted how comfortable I felt, and I wish that would have been handled better in order for me to stay again. But we did not have anything negative in our side. Beach chairs were available which was amazing, and it is very close to a trolley stop heading south.”
