Salty Mermaid Real Estate

“Loved this place and would come back - bedrooms were beautiful, beds very comfortable with great pillows, linens and comforters, especially liked that each had a king bed, ceiling fans, and 3 bathrooms as well. Plenty of light options and clear instructions for pool, security alarms and hot tub. It really is perfect. Also loved the many windows with great views of the back yard pool area and two sitting areas with large televisions.”

“Loved our stay in September. Weather was beautiful. Salty Mermaid was helpful whenever we called with questions or items needing attention.”

“Thank you for having us at your beautiful home. We had a great time, it was peaceful and private. Spacious house that felt like home. Thank you and will return next year for another unforgettable stay. God bless and thank you.”

“Great hosts, great house. Thank you.”

“My family and I had a great vacation at Mary’s place. The location was perfect, we were near the restaurants on pine street, and could easily walk to the beach. The house was spotless and the pool/spa was beautiful. Salty Mermaid staff were great hosts. Would highly recommend staying here!!”

“We had a great stay and appreciated the privacy, pool, and walkable distance to many beach entrances. The house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Beautiful paradise and the house was super clean, also host was very understanding and helpful don’t be shy to book ! You won’t regret it”

“So easy to work with! Just steps from the beach, and they had all the beach stuff you could need. We’ve always had to rent everything in the past, so that was a huge plus! Definitely plan on coming back! 🏖️☀️”

“What an incredible stay with Salty Mermaid! This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The location of this home is unbeatable! We rented a golf cart because we have 2 small kids but honestly we could have walked everywhere. I highly recommend staying at this home with Salty Mermaid.”

“From a contractor's perspective the home is finished very nicely with upgraded finishes. Well-kept home as a rule! Would change the patio ceiling fans and spray for mosquito's but with fans working that would help. The host was very accommodating. She handled the few issues (pool cleaning which only needed cleaning due to my arrival date vs the normal cleaning day of the week so was not a owner problem) and host handled same day. Very helpful. Great location!!”
