“We had a great stay! The location was excellent—an easy walk to both the beach and the bay, which made it convenient for everyone in our group. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and we really appreciated all of the beach items available for guests to use, including a wagon, umbrella, and other beach essentials. The pool area was a highlight of our stay, with plenty of space to swim, relax, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There were lots of chairs available, making it easy for everyone to unwind. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.”

“Rough start not being able to get into the place on time after a long day of travel with young children, once we were in the property was nice. Great location, a couple blocks over from Pine (shops/businesses), and the pool was very nice. Had a chirping door alarm (maybe smoke alarm) and the staff got out in a timely manner to look into it which I appreciate. Wish the umbrellas outside worked to add some shady spots however there were a handful of beach chairs/a wagon we weren’t expecting”

“I would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, and the house was very comfortable and pleasant. We had a small issue with one stained comforter, but I contacted the host and they quickly sent us a clean one. Overall, it was a very good experience. I’m grateful.”

“Great place to stay on Anna Maria Island! The house is as described in the listing. I enjoyed the beautiful decor, the linens were good quality. The kitchen was decently well stocked. We did have a slight issue with the AC not cooling, and the owners were very responsive and sent someone out to fix it. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are absolutely gorgeous! We spent lovely hours on the screened in back porch! The outdoor furniture is in great condition. A beach cart, chairs and some floats were included as listed which was wonderful not to have to bring our own. Just an FYI there is no bath tub in this rental. The yard also has no grass (as seems typical on AMI) if that’s important to you. We used the propane grill and it was great! The house was nice and clean! There was a nice supply of soaps, dish soap and a few laundry pods. Adequate beach towels were provided though we did launder them a few times. We rented a golf cart to get around, highly recommend. Would stay again!”
