“The price for the stay was economical, but the broken elevator almost trapped us and other guests after the signs were removed, the safety pressure plate was disabled and could cause serious harm or injury. My husband and I had to help several other guests getting on and off the elevator because the door kept prematurely closing on the guests and did not stop closing even with something between the door and the opening. The room and floor had a .musty, sickly sweet odor that did not go away. the ottoman in the living room had a leg that fell off we tried reattaching and one of the window blinds came down when trying to open the window.”

“This was the perfect home for a good beach getaway. Plenty of rooms and enough space for everyone, and the beach was literally right across the street. Hard to beat for price and location, and the hosts were great.”

“Both toilets didn't work properly and kitchen sink had a leak and it wasn't a new leak.. We only had two rolls of paper towels and the one in kitchen was soaked. Repairman came out and basically said we didn't know how to flush the toilet! Didn't work properly after he left.”

“There was no disclosure of any cameras on this property. There’s even one in the laundry room pointed right at you when you walk in the door! Probably others we didn’t find. If you lay out on the back patio, you’ll be recorded. So don’t do that. We would not have booked this place had they mentioned there were ring cameras everywhere. We don’t book properties that have cameras. We felt uncomfortable the whole time here after we noticed them. Would not recommend unless you’re cool with someone watching you. That one small detail that wasn’t disclosed ruined our whole vacation that we only get to do once a year.”

“We enjoyed our month long stay and would definitely come back again. Its a cute spot in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is very accessible to all Daytona has to offer. AC was cold and wifi strong. Our dogs loved the fully fenced yard. We appreciated the owner's kind understanding when we washed a floor mat and it ripped apart. Nearby we recommend Harts Deli and Mary Jane's Ice Cream, but pizza from Bella Cucina was only OK. A little further away, Zen Bistro for Thai and Macker's Seafood are great.”

“Unfortunately, I had a poor experience. There was a scheduling conflict. As a Airbnb host myself these things happen and you work with the customer to resolve unfortunately they were not able to do that though we did respond consistently an early. I would not recommend working with. They’re staying with this host as occasionally plans change and the expectation as a Airbnb host myself is that. People and customers to resolve.”
