“The home is lovely. It is well decorated, nice and open. Large bedrooms, updated. The bathrooms are large and very nice! Beds are comfortable. The pool was very nice! VERY close to the beach and Navarre Beach is very nice. We drove down to the State Park and it was so quiet and peaceful. Walmart is very close. We all made at least one trip. The kids were blown away by the private theater. I wish we had been able to use it. The people who had stayed before us broke the projector, and the one they had in place wouldn't stay connected to be able to use it. * Bring Toilet paper. You only get 2 rolls per bathroom. We had 12 people so we blew through those quickly. * Bring trash bags. Same situation. You only get 2 garbage bags. It is for this reason that I didn't walk away feeling like I got a good deal. If you are paying $700/night, you shouldn't have to pay extra for toilet paper, IMHO.”

“My family and I loved our stay. The home was spacious enough for us all. The pool was perfect. I loved that there was plenty of towels and some beach essentials provided. The beach was close by as well.”

“The house itself was okay, although it felt a bit dated. Unfortunately, this was the least well-stocked Airbnb we have stayed in. The cleanliness was average. The silverware drawer still had food crumbs inside, and the clean dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived, so we had to put them away ourselves. For a house that accommodates 8 guests for 4 days, the supplies were very limited. There were only 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a very small bottle of dish soap, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, one small packet of laundry detergent, and only 3 trash bags. The quality of the toilet paper and paper towels was also very poor. We had to buy additional household supplies during our stay because what was provided was not enough. There were only 3 beach towels for a house that sleeps 8 people. There were no extra bed linens available. One bathroom did not have a bath mat when we arrived because it was still in the laundry room, and all of the extra towels”

“Place was great overall, wish they had some logs for fire pit, kids would've loved a smores night. Had a miscommunication on when trying to check in, but then the co owner showed up and was helpful. Mower people showed up when we were returning from beach so we were confused and stuck inside for a bit while they finished (just wish they had done before we came) other than that was great, and kiddos look forward to coming back next year for movie theater. Thanks again!”

“Pros: Beautiful home, good neighborhood close to the beach, really clean, very equipped kitchen Cons: only left a "starter pack" of supplies ( family of 8 for 5 nights) we had 2 trash bags, 1 laundry tab (they want you to use that when you leave) 2 dishwasher tab (one for when you leave) dishwasher was not working properly, no coffee filters, no coffee, 1 roll of paper towels, no seasonings in kitchen. Polyester sheets on a terrible mattress with waterproof plastic cover on every bed so sheets wouldn't stay on. Woke up hurting every day. No shallow end in the pool. We opt for airbnb for a homey upscale experience. In a hotel for much cheaper they provide clean towels and toilet paper and a better mattress, condos are much cheaper, but you have to buy supplies, so I feel this airbnb has lost the upscale nature and reason for paying more. So sad. Really hope they realize the reason we book a home is to feel at home. Shouldn't have to make 6 trips to the market to get the basics.”

“Wonderful place to kick back with the family and enjoy the pool and movie. The Grill hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time so we smoked out the house for about 40min until we could actually cook on it. Other then that it was a wonderful stay”

“This house was good for a large group. Great place to hang out and sleep, the pool was the best part. The only cons would be the toys left out by the pool that were full of cobwebs, everything was definitely quite old and used (hole in skimmer, sunken in couch, and flat pillows). The ice maker did not work for most of our stay and freezer didn’t freeze most of the time either. We also had 7 people and were provided the leftover rolls of toilet paper on the holder and no other rolls, when asking if there was extra even just a whole roll, we were given a response of we could have paid a fee to have more paper products before check in. Overall the space got the job done and we had a great time in the pool.”
