“I am thankful that we had such a responsive host when we stayed here. We had questions coming in about specific amenities that they answered immediately. When we did check in, we had a very minor issue with linens which they corrected immediately. The cleaning staff and property staff were kind. They have made very cute updates to what is an older building. I hope that over the next years the shared spaces continue to improve as well. The security there was also exceptional and always patrolling, which helped us feel safe.”
