“Nice area quiet”

“Overall the house met our needs but its worn and needs some updates and care- especially in the kitchen and baths . Pros: Good location for a boater using the state park ramp and the margaritaville Marina. Lots of Extras - aloe, lotion, Q tips, cotton balls shampoo, conditioner, body wash in all bathrooms Plenty of garbage bags, laundry detergent/ dryer sheets , dish soap, dishwasher pellets, nice partial view of the lake, pool is next door ( lots of kids) Bedrooms are very large, individual air conditioners for each room were nice. house was clean other than the kitchen. Cons: Dirty dishes, shelves, and cupboards. A lot of miscellaneous cups, clutter and left overs in the kitchen - kitchen is very dated Bathroom - shower heads need cleaned- causing low pressure Listing information was outdated, the margarita shuttle is not included as we were told it was (which was important to us with our boat at the Marina there) Dishwasher does not work well”

“Beautiful condo, just as shown. Beds super comfy, and so nice to have attached bathroom for each bedroom. Full of nostalgia for us as we used to go to Topsider and Clown ❤️. Grandkids loved the pools. Didn’t use the grills or picnic area, but hope to next time!”

“Great house! The driveway isn't ideal - very sharp, steep, and narrow; but the rest of the property makes up for it. Such a cute little place!”

“Great place! Exactly as expected. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Positives: Beds were super comfortable, showers were very nice, plenty of space, and the dock was the high light for all of our group (comfortable seating, Lilly pad, lots of space, friendly neighbors). Negatives: Stains on the beds and dead flys in the lights. Also would be nice if there was a floor mat at the entry to prevent dirt being tracked in.”

“Very nice accommodations. It had everything we needed. The only thing that was bad was the getting down the driveway because it was very steep, narrow and backwards. It was also difficult to take the thrash up the hill for disposal. And no place for children to play”
