“Space was fantastic for a weekend getaway. Beachfront with a great view of the ocean. Peaceful location with easy access to the beach. Alan was a great host. Quickly responded to any message and offered assistance with anything regarding the stay.”

“We were very happy with the comfort of the Air B and B, king sized bed super comfy, good shower, fridge very clean. What really stood out was the excellent dehumidifier. Our daughter had a condo in the same complex just 2 doors down owned by someone else and it was very moldy and smelly. It is obviously very hard to keep the place dry right on the beach but Alan had enough air conditioning plus the dehumidifier to make it comfortable. We rented a Shibumi shade and this worked really well on the beach, very quick and easy to put up. He was very responsive to us. I would stay here again.”

“Alan was a fantastic host. We had some difficulty getting into the unit but Alan was super quick to respond and helped us get inside. He is extremely friendly and helpful. The unit itself was super clean and the perfect getaway. Everything was just as described and pictured. We spent many hours sitting on the deck watching the tides change and saw dolphins swim by several times. We will definitely be returning in the future!!”

My wife and I needed a few days to relax after a lot of traveling back and forth to South Carolina from PA for our college kids, and your beautiful condo provided that. Ocean view and easy beach access was excellent! We loved your high quality balcony furniture and spent a lot of time out there. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly for us! We really liked the location in the quiet end of North Topsail Beach and enjoyed walking on the beach and around the areas. Needed a few things and the store across the street came through. Nice first floor location. Any quesitons we had you were instantly responsive, and we appreciated that. Loved the beautiful sunrises and the sunsets. Beaches were not crowded even at the busiest times. Thank you for a great time away!”

“Beautiful and quaint place to stay. Alan was the most responsive and communicative property owner I think I’ve experienced to date. One note I would have considered more if I’d known, was that the lights around the pool stay on after dark and it impacts the view at night. One of our favorite things is to sit on the balcony after dark listening to the waves and watching the stars, but with the bright light there was no visibility. Otherwise the place was lovely and the king bed was especially comfortable!”

“This was a nice stay! The house was as described and the location was great for our beach trip. This particular unit does have a little less direct beach access than some others in the complex, so we found it more convenient to drive to the nearby public beach access. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Thank you for having us! And, as always, Alan was very responsive to any issues we had! ❤️”

“This condo was perfect for our group of four - it was clean, easily accessible, and had a wonderful view of the sunrise over the ocean! Check-in went smoothly but I was unable to locate the Shibumi we ordered through our host. I notified Alan of the missing sunshade, and he promptly responded and brought over a replacement Shibumi to ensure our trip went well! Alan was so easy to work with for this booking and our group loved the condo. We would definitely consider renting this property for a future stay!”
