“This unit offered by Ryson Vacations is one of the nicest in the beautiful Deauville complex in central Palm Springs. We stay in this complex when space is available due to its convenient, walkable location near great shopping and restaurants plus proximity to tourist attractions like the Palm Springs Art Museum. The two ensuite bedrooms make for privacy for two couples, while there is plenty of both indoor and outdoor lounging space for guests plus a well equipped kitchen. The only things to be aware of are 1) the stairs to the second floor unit which were OK for us (healthy 70+ year olds), but could be a challenge for some guests and 2) the fact that you'll need to pick up the condo complex access key at the Ryson offices in downtown Palm Springs before you can actually access the unit upon arrival. They provide good explanations for all of this, but it does add an extra step when arriving into town. Overall highly recommended.”

“We had a great stay at this home. It was clean, well maintained, and perfect for the four days we needed. The house is located in a nice, quiet area, which made it very relaxing. The backyard was also a great bonus spacious and perfect for unwinding. The home was fully equipped with everything we could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels, including pool towels for outdoor use. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We would definitely look forward to staying here again!”

“Stay away unless you want your vacation to be in a fly infested, unclean home with a broken pool and hot tub. Stay away unless you want to communicate with a host uninterested in fixing anything in a timely manner. Just stay away.”

“Overall, a nice stay. Great mountain view. Nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. However, upon arrival, we found one of the toilets was unseated and wobbling, and the caulk was failing throughout the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen sink, with some evidence of mold. My wife is sensitive to mold so we reached out to customer service (Ryson Vacations) Sat. night. Did not hear back until we tried again on Tues. 11:23 am. Ryson replied at 12 noon to say the handyman should arrive "within the hour." At 3 pm, we reached out again. Ryson replied repair guys got held up and were on their way. They arrived 5 pm and did the work. So, while not the end of world, not a great customer service experience. Hence the 4 rating.”

“The house is in a nice location. Master bedroom is nice size, other rooms are fairly small. Overall stay was good until our last morning. The pool maintenance people showed up at 6:30am! We knew they would come on Monday, however 6:30am is ridiculous, we were all woken up and honestly ruined our experience of the house.”
