“La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable. La unidad tiene vistas increíbles, es estar literalmente en la playa. Esta muy bien equipada para una estadía super cómoda. El único problema es que no funcionó el lavavajillas en toda nuestra estadía. Parece un detalle superficial, pero realmente fue incómodo estar lavando todo el tiempo ya que nosotros somos de comer adentro y no salir a restaurantes. Es la única crítica que le encuentro. Lo demás fue para mi familia y para mí un hermoso descanso en un lugar paradisíaco.”

“Very hard to find location, keys were not left. After hours rep had no clue which building our unit was in. Spent an hour trying to figuring this out.”

“our stay went absolutely horribly. First we get to the late check out box and our key packet isn’t there. took forever to get on the phone and then was given the door code for the wrong unit and walked into people already in the unit. took forever again to get back on the phone with staff to get assistance and find out what was going on. finally ended up getting the right unit but our experience was really bad and it was our gender reveal. super upsetting and no accommodation was giving for this. bad service. and then to top it off the morning of check out someone (i’m assuming worker) has walked into the unit an hour before check out. DONT BOOK HERE!!! and an at least partial refund would be nice 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“I knew what to expect by the photos, but we were amazed by it all when we arrived. The views from the two different balconies were priceless! The furnishings we’re just like home and comfortable to come back to from a day spent at the beach or shopping in the local areas. We were also impressed by the soundproof windows and walls. Having neighbors next to us and below us and we never knew they were there unless we stepped outside. When we were outside everyone staying, there was pleasant and cordial to one another. A great environment for unwinding and relaxing! Definitely plan on visiting again!”

“We had an issue at the beginning of the stay, but they were able to resolve the issue and they were very helpful in making it happen pretty quickly. Overall it was a nice experience.”

“This unit was in the best location! And the space was clean and functional. There are a few things that need improvement: 1 - A better description on how to find the unit (not super clear this was a multi unit, figuring out which stair/door was ours was confusing); 2 - All exterior doors had sub par locks… the main entrance keypad worked but the deadbolt didn’t work unless you held the door handle in a specific way. The two deck French doors both locked, but the stationary doors were not fixed (couldn’t engage the pins) and had to slam the 3rd floor one to get it closed because the doors didn’t align at all. Luckily AMI is a safe place, but a secure building would be a much better practice. 3 - The bath towels are old, bleach stained, worn, and super scratchy… a refresh on all of them would be nice. 4 - Having a washer/dryer was awesome… but a small pack of laundry pods would have been nice, we had to buy our own but only needed two from the large grocery store package.”
