“Horrible place to stay, the hosts were not responsive, bugs, everywhere, all over the kitchen, living room and sofa, one bar of soap for the shower overall Dirty place. We woke up covered in live ants after cleaning up all the dead ants from the night before. Would not recommend this place if I could give it negative stars I would. After paying over $667 they offered to refund me $180 total. Probably not going to rent anymore on Airbnb.”

“They did not stick to the cancelation contract. We tried to cancel 20 days out but they said we would have to pay the total vs the 50% quoted in the contract so we stayed. I will not use this management company again.”

“La ubicación es muy buena, la zona es muy tranquila. La cabaña es algo vieja en sus muebles, el sofá cama no es nada cómodo. Pero en general estuvo bien nuestra estancia.”

“La cabaña esta muy bonita, buena ubicación y muy limpio… lo unico que falta es buena atención del anfitrión, le escribi desde las 7am para que me pudiera indicar clima y si habia dificultades para llegafr y jamas obtuve una respuesta, me dieron mal la contraseña del internet y su solución fue “mandaremos a alguien” y de igual manera la con el jacuzzi por que no funcionaba y sus respuestas no eran precisas”

“I really do not like the 3rd party type booking. there was a 19- page esign contract after we were booked. Also, when right before the trip notice of "what to bring" they notified us that only 24hrs allotment of toilet paper and other paper products would be furnished for a 3-night stay. also we were to vacuum and sweep the floors prior to leaving. I guess they just collect money!”

“It was very much like the photos showed. It was peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed the deck and all the wildlife that visited our area. It was a peaceful neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking every day. It was a good value. Having to deal with two separate entities or maybe three that were texting and emailing was less than ideal and I did not enjoy that at all. The property itself was very enjoyable. I'll be sure to do more research about who owns the property in the future.”

“Extremely disappointed on the mixed information and communication about the property. Instructions do not match the property. The cleaned at the place was extremely low. The property wasn’t prepared for new guests, it seems that whoever was there before, we just got into the same stay. it was freezing the whole time and even changing temperature, it wouldn’t change the vents kept going. Email said not per friendly but clearly there had been many pets and we were sick the whole time we were inside the property.”

“The description was backwards, states 1 bedroom upstairs 2 bedrooms and kitchen downstairs, when actually the downstairs is one bedroom. Back patio was under construction didn’t know till we got there. WiFi info was incorrect, trash code didn’t work, checkout time was different on website compared to contract that had to be signed. The downstairs thermostat is controlled upstairs and not explained no where. There were cobwebs both downstairs and upstairs. Sorry to say but I have never given a bad review before but I was severely disappointed and would not stay here again or anyplace that this company hosts.”

“Doors didn’t work hot tub wasn’t working. Ac worked when it wanted to most time didn’t work . Only half the grill worked and it ran out of propane beds are in comfortable. Pictures do not match the in Pearson take of the house would not recommend this place to anyone”

“They have 2 bedrooms separate from the house they didn’t say that It doesn’t look like the pictures Hot tub smells horrible we didn’t use it House smells like abandoned house It was dusty They game room is separate from the house also So if you have kids you have to make sure you stay with them Multiple closets have all cain of trash Code that they give us didn’t work we had to contact Airbnb customer service to have access after 30 minutes to try to go in Now they send a email that they going to charge 50$ for extra cleaning when we left the house cleanest of how it was I don’t recommend if you want to have a good time”
