“Very bad experience. The internet was not working for more than 24 hours, in a Sunday when we were planning to see movies. Plus the shower design was very unpractical, didnt work well and spreading water everywhere. Plus the main bed has loose parts from the base that were falling down and making the mattress unstable. The phone and message response from the management to the internet issue was quick but the solution to the problem took bit longer.”

“It was very much like the photos showed. It was peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed the deck and all the wildlife that visited our area. It was a peaceful neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking every day. It was a good value. Having to deal with two separate entities or maybe three that were texting and emailing was less than ideal and I did not enjoy that at all. The property itself was very enjoyable. I'll be sure to do more research about who owns the property in the future.”

“Extremely disappointed on the mixed information and communication about the property. Instructions do not match the property. The cleaned at the place was extremely low. The property wasn’t prepared for new guests, it seems that whoever was there before, we just got into the same stay. it was freezing the whole time and even changing temperature, it wouldn’t change the vents kept going. Email said not per friendly but clearly there had been many pets and we were sick the whole time we were inside the property.”

“The description was backwards, states 1 bedroom upstairs 2 bedrooms and kitchen downstairs, when actually the downstairs is one bedroom. Back patio was under construction didn’t know till we got there. WiFi info was incorrect, trash code didn’t work, checkout time was different on website compared to contract that had to be signed. The downstairs thermostat is controlled upstairs and not explained no where. There were cobwebs both downstairs and upstairs. Sorry to say but I have never given a bad review before but I was severely disappointed and would not stay here again or anyplace that this company hosts.”

“The cabin was good the area as well the pictures didn't match the cabin. the only thing I was disappointed in was that we weren't able to check not even a minute early. The problem with that is when we did arrive at 10pm the security code to get in wasn't working, it took a phone call and 4 codes later to get in.”

“They have 2 bedrooms separate from the house they didn’t say that It doesn’t look like the pictures Hot tub smells horrible we didn’t use it House smells like abandoned house It was dusty They game room is separate from the house also So if you have kids you have to make sure you stay with them Multiple closets have all cain of trash Code that they give us didn’t work we had to contact Airbnb customer service to have access after 30 minutes to try to go in Now they send a email that they going to charge 50$ for extra cleaning when we left the house cleanest of how it was I don’t recommend if you want to have a good time”

“Doors didn’t work hot tub wasn’t working. Ac worked when it wanted to most time didn’t work . Only half the grill worked and it ran out of propane beds are in comfortable. Pictures do not match the in Pearson take of the house would not recommend this place to anyone”

“We recently stayed here with our family and overall had a decent experience. The home itself has some really fun amenities, our kids especially loved the pool table, foosball, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It definitely has great potential for a fun family getaway. That said, there were a few things that made our stay less comfortable than expected. On day 3, we unfortunately found a dead mouse in the sink, which was pretty unsettling and honestly took away from the experience. The host’s response was a simple apology for the inconvenience, which didn’t feel very reassuring given the situation. Additionally, the beds were very firm and uncomfortable for us, making it difficult to get good rest. I also experienced hives during the stay, which made me question whether the sheets had been properly washed. I share this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the experience for future guests. With better attention to”

“I wish I had better things to say. They gave us the wrong door code and took us 30 minutes to enter the cabin in the middle of the night in freezing temps . The bathrooms had hair on the shower walls from previous guests and dead bugs in the tub. The dishes had leftover food on them, clearly wasn’t washed, and roaches in the bed. I spent half of my vacation time and my own money for cleaning supplies to make the cabin livable for my family and the company was completely inconsiderate of the situation. The only good thing to say is that the hot tub was relaxing and the nature outside was wonderful. I don’t ever plan on renting this cabin again, and If you are interested in renting use LOTS of caution.”

“The cabin has good space and layout, but our experience did not fully meet our expectations. Cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed cobwebs and some kitchen items did not appear thoroughly clean. Although the listing mentions no amenities are included, the space felt more minimal than anticipated. There were no basic essentials like salt, dish soap, hand soap, or extra trash bags, so we had to make several trips to the store. It may be a good option for guests who are prepared to bring or purchase all basic supplies during their stay.”
