Royall Stays

“Great location. Close to beaches and shopping. House was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Great pet friendly home. The yard is not fully fenced but ample room for the dogs to hang out. Alex was very responsive to any questions I had. Great communication.”

“It was great, no complaints!”

“Thank you for this I really appreciate it and I want to book again if you have places in Florida”

“We had a great stay! The house had great areas for hanging out, and a nice open layout. This location is very walkable and in a great area, convenient to beach, Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Alex was very responsive to an issue that arose. Would definitely recommend!”

“I think Alex was great and I like the home a lot. We drove a sprinter van that wouldn’t fit in the garage so first come first serve parking was a headache for us. I loved the space in the house and great walks to the beach less than 4 min. With us having a big group it was very imperative to have sleeping space for all guest so the stain that looked like something we was uncomfortable sleeping in made us alter something’s. I wish that part didn’t happen because I would give them 15 out of 10 stars”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alex’s Pink Palmetto home. The location was perfectly situated close enough to walk to the beach, but distanced enough to have peace and quiet from the busy Myrtle Beach strip. The home itself was clean and decorated nicely. The space was big enough for my entire family of 9, plus our dog, to be more than comfortable. There were a few minor issues upon arrival that I addressed with Alex. He was quick to respond and very proactive, which I appreciated. Checkout was seamless and stress-free, as I didn’t have to think of a long laundry list of things to complete before leaving. That was also appreciated! Overall, I will definitely book this property again and recommend it to others in the future!”

“The house was very cozy and clean, and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. I would love to come back and definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you for everything!”

“I am so grateful to Alex for approving the stay. The house was beautiful. Everything was in working condition and it was spotless! I loved it there. Very comfortable. No problems at all. The neighborhood was peaceful as well. The patio was somewhere I could sit for hours!! Highly recommended.”

“We loved staying at Alex’s beautiful home and will definitely book again. It had everything we needed and the location was fantastic.”

“We loved the home. Well kept, clean and cute interior. Alex is quick to respond with questions. Only bummer was no grill so if future guests need on maybe bring a travel one to use out back. Super quiet community!”
