“The house was perfect for 9 of us ladies. Cute cabin which we loved. The only downside was the home needed some maintenance and it could also use a deep clean as it was pretty dusty and some of the bed sheets need replacing from stains. Saw another comment about this too but we did run out of toilet paper - we just went and bought some more and did not bother the host. Overall it was a nice weekend.”

“Our stay was quiet and convenient. We were 10 minutes to Galena. The condo was peaceful, beautiful wooded area outside.”

“This is the first time we've stayed at a place that is run by a management company and the difference is noticeable. Not as welcoming as other places we've stayed and communication was unsatisfactory. I messaged about a couple of wasps nests and asked if someone could take care of it. All I got was, "Yes." I have no idea if anyone actually did anything. It is obvious that this is a rental and not someone's house. The dishwasher is too small to fit most of the dishes. There's a broom but no dust pan. The backyard has old furniture and the 3 seasons room is not appealing. There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived and it is important to note that the bed in room 2 is not a queen as listed. There is mold on the shower liner of the shower on the main floor. The laundry area is not obvious. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. We appreciated an easy check out process but feel that the threatening language of enforcing the check out time is unnecessary. Will not return.”

“It was a cute little house and a nice peaceful weekend stay for my friend’s and I! We would definitely stay here again. We did notice some windows wouldn’t open and a few wobbly furniture pieces, but other than that it was a clean and cozy house with lots to do near by!! This is a great spot for a little weekend getaway.”

“Directions to the room were difficult to navigate. The address was for the golf course and did not take you to destination. As well as the host is a little slow to respond. Overall stay was great!”

“The house was clean in good condition and in a great location. However, the instructions listed for entry were incorrect and the host never responded to my messages. I ended up calling customer service and finally got a phone number from a recorded message and was able to contact the host that way. Bring everything you need because there is no door dash in the area and the house has the bare minimum. I missed a Keurig for morning coffee. Overall not the best start to our trip but we used the community pool and enjoyed horseback riding that is only 3 minutes away from the house . side note- The beds are not the most comfortable and were all full size beds.”

“Cute place and conveniently close to downtown. The stay was overall okay, but there were a few disappointing things for the price. The TV had trouble connecting to the internet during our stay, and the property could use a bit more upkeep overall. We were also disappointed there wasn’t a grill. The listing description could have been a bit clearer about the amenities included. The photos also showed an additional TV screen that wasn’t actually there. Overall, not a bad stay, but it felt a bit pricey for what was offered.”
