“The place was a really good get away from what you leaving and want to go on vacation to. Only negative thing I could say it was confusing knowing if you were at the right address or house with no Mail box or address located in a visible area. Besides that I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and want a great value location!”

“The actual Unit B(not mentioned in the listing) was very clean and quaint. All new appliances and furnishings and the unit was spotless. That being said the pictures are of the unit next door and is considerably smaller than shown. It was just my wife and I but for anyone traveling with more than 2 adults or kids should be made aware. It did take several attempts and door codes after calling to get into the unit. Parking was tight having a 2 car driveway but needing 3 if the unit next door is rented. Had to park in the yard/grass most of the weekend. Location was in a very quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and the beach.”

“These two homes were perfect for our family gathering. The swimming pool and hot tub were great and the balcony was so peaceful and a great place to enjoy the sunrises every morning.”

“Be careful. This listing was misleading and host was very unresponsive. The listing showed pictures of two distinct bedrooms plus a large living area and a moderately sized modern bathroom. Almost none of these spaces were in the apartment we were given. What we got was a cramped one bedroom one couch space with a dingy small bathroom. I informed The Host that it was not going work and she went silent, except for tone deaf Auto messages which didn't acknowledge the issue. We checked out 2 days early and had to rent a different space large enough for our party. She ignored numerous messages, refused our initial refund request, and after a fight agreed to less than half of what we paid even though we stayed there for less than 12 hours. I'm not a bad review guy, but I was shocked at the dishonesty in the listing and then the complete lack of acknowledgment or effort to make it right. I hope Airbnb requires this host to revise the listing and post pictures of the real space.”

“fun getaway! had a little trouble with check-in code and had to wait but other than that it was fun and the perfect location!”

“The house was beautiful and clean .We had an issue with trash being full from previous guests.We called but the trash was never complexly emptied. The coffee maker worked but would not stay on so we had to heat up the coffee multiple times.The microwave is so long we had to kneel on floor to use it .We loved the house and pool.hhad plenty of room and lots of blankets and pillows to use.We would be happy to rent this house again. Great location and plenty big for our big family and grandkids.”

“the place was very nice clean location was perfect. The pool was nice after a long day. My only issues are the communication. Very slow to respond to questions on how to get the wifi. Other then the communication the place was great and I would stay again”

“We loved this place. Very clean and wonderful bedding. The pool and hot tub provided endless fun for kids while we grilled and chilled on the porch. There were a few glitches like appliances not working right and an early morning lawn crew showing up without being forewarned, but we loved this place. The kitchen was well stocked for every cooking and baking need (rare for rentals).”
