“No llegamos a hospedarnos en la propiedad, por lo que no puedo opinar sobre el apartamento ni sobre la experiencia de la estancia en sí. Durante los días previos al check-in surgió una situación relacionada con requisitos y normas adicionales que no habíamos identificado en el anuncio al momento de realizar la reserva. Finalmente, Airbnb intervino y autorizó la cancelación antes de nuestra llegada. Como aspecto positivo, los anfitriones respondieron con rapidez a nuestros mensajes. Sin embargo, considero que sería conveniente que todos los requisitos, acuerdos y restricciones aplicables a los huéspedes estuvieran claramente detallados en el anuncio desde el principio, para evitar malentendidos y situaciones similares en futuras reservas. Espero que este comentario resulte útil tanto para futuros huéspedes como para los anfitriones.”

“The place location was ideal for our stay. Beach side in a very calm part of Miami Beach. The location is ideal if you are willing to uber or have a rental car. Keep in mind the additional fee - once you book the stay. They charge a 40 dollar fee per day separately once checking in. It is not necessary walking distance to anywhere .. except the beach which was perfect for us but worth to note. It has a kitchen but the only downside is that is missing a lot of tools to cook like potholders or oven mitts. It is also missing pods and generally could use other things. Lastly - it requires far more towels than they give you. We were a group of 6 girls and needed more towels. Other than that the place is really cozy!”

“additional $40/day hotel fees. there were no kitchen towels and a washer dryer would be helpful, don't forget your beach towels. And you have to take dirty towels to front of hotel lobby to exchange for clean towels was gross and very inconvenient. No additional blankets were provided for couch lounging”

“There were a lot of events during the entire stay and would tell you to move to another part of the pool or area because of that so it was pretty annoying”

“Very nice location. Hair in shower drain. Oil stains in the kitchen, kitchen utensils not very clean, pots and pan scratched.”

“The view was beautiful. A bit of mixup with late check out. I paid for late check out but just messaged me the morning of and say d could not honour i. I was reimbursed by Airbnb but it messed up my day especially because I was travelling with kids.”

“Good place to stay. Bad smell in lobby and around. Was difficult to check-in early which was quite annoying. Overall solid but would not highly recommend.”

“Images do not match the location. It's super old and worn out. Terribly maintained. Terribe, terrible smell. All your belongings will start smelling. Place wasn't clean. Found dirty wrappers from previous guest on the floor as well as dust. Bed linen didn't look fresh. Was told they'll replace but they didn't. Sinks were clogged. There was a wedding going on, we weren't warned about that. The pool area was closed off and we had to enter from another location which was super inconvenient. Loud construction noise woke us early morning. View is to the ugly construction going on. Host didn't provide any contact information, only thru the app and wasn't responsive. I would not stay here again!”

“Hotel service was terrible. When we had an issue she was not quick to respond and told us to take our complaints to the front desk without taking any responsibility. The front desk shifted the blame to the host. There was a late night wedding event on the first night. The music went till late and the amenities were off limits for us the guests. They should have given us a headsup about the event so we can manage our booking accordingly. Our door was jammed giving us no access to our room. We were locked out for 40 minutes. The TV in the bedroom was broken, in addition to shower running hot water on the cold and cold water when on jot. That was dangerous and a scary moment. At the very end Allen was gracious and offered us a late checkout. Overall we had a stressful stay here.”
