“We had a good stay at the RnR rental! The location was great; quick drive to heavenly village and the lake access, hot tub and fire pits were great and easy to do with kids! The main reason I gave 4 stars is because the place is actually 3 levels with the main bedrooms on the first level and the bunk bed loft on the third level. The bunk bed on the loft is also not safe for younger kids, as the top bunk is pretty close to the edge of the railing… the pictures and description did not portray this well… which was a bummer because we were planning on using the bunk bed for 2 of our kids. If we had known that the main bedrooms and loft were separated by the living room floor then we probably would have booked elswhere so our littles weren’t a whole floor away from us at night. We made it work by bed sharing, but I wouldn’t recommend for kids 5 and under to use the loft space.”

“Overall the place was fine. The pictures spice up the actuality of it. No AC major downfall. Sprinklers go on at 845/9pm - have to be out of the hot tub at 10pm so you sit there for the last hour with a sprinkler hiting you in the face. All beds are full size, not queen per sheets. We thought we were going crazy. All in all no real compliants but slighly misleading. Great location with a beaitful backyard view Quiet neighborhood”

“The property location is fabulous, modern place and very convinient to walk around South Lake Tahoe. The design is cumbersome especially if you have elderly people in the family. Everyone had to climb atleast one flight of stairs to reach the living, dining and kitchen (it is very pretty). Secondly, there is a lot of paper work needed for a 2 day vacation, never seen it in airbnb. Thirdly the coffee machine was not working and they couldn't fix it during my stay entirely. For the price, expected better turnaround.”

“We stayed here as a family of 8 and our dog and had a great time! It was just far enough outside the city for a relaxing quiet time. Great location to DT or to Camp Richardson. The house had a really big back yard, and a two car garage to keep our cars safe. Great Amenities as well! Highly recommend.”

“Phenomenal house! Clean, comfortable, spacious for our group of 10, well appointed, and with great lake views from the second and third floors. The booking process was the worst I've ever had. I am fine to sign a contract and agree to terms, but the rental company made me agree to online forms in addition to signing a 12-page single-spaced contract that repeated the same requirements multiple times. A little bit of effort could cut the document length in half. Then they compounded this issue by texting me constant reminders with no consideration for the fact that I actually needed time to read this beastly document. I provided written feedback to the management company and received no response. The house was absolutely worth it but be ready for some pain during booking.”
