“The property location is fabulous, modern place and very convinient to walk around South Lake Tahoe. The design is cumbersome especially if you have elderly people in the family. Everyone had to climb atleast one flight of stairs to reach the living, dining and kitchen (it is very pretty). Secondly, there is a lot of paper work needed for a 2 day vacation, never seen it in airbnb. Thirdly the coffee machine was not working and they couldn't fix it during my stay entirely. For the price, expected better turnaround.”

The house had a really big back yard, and a two car garage to keep our cars safe. Great Amenities as well! Highly recommend.”

“Phenomenal house! Clean, comfortable, spacious for our group of 10, well appointed, and with great lake views from the second and third floors. The booking process was the worst I've ever had. I am fine to sign a contract and agree to terms, but the rental company made me agree to online forms in addition to signing a 12-page single-spaced contract that repeated the same requirements multiple times. A little bit of effort could cut the document length in half. Then they compounded this issue by texting me constant reminders with no consideration for the fact that I actually needed time to read this beastly document. I provided written feedback to the management company and received no response. The house was absolutely worth it but be ready for some pain during booking.”
