“We had a great time staying at Riverview Resort. The cabin was cute and conveniently located. It's a short walk to the Cafe for breakfast in the morning. I'd recommend the Western Omelet. We liked the easy river access and the cabins are only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. It's about 12 minutes to Lake Leatherwood and only about a 7 minute drive to Parker Bottoms River Access for fishing. So overall, it's a great location!”

“Very nice home with ample space, updated and clean. The pool was an added bonus! We spent a lot of time in the pool. The location was convenient to stores and interstate but was next to a busy intersection which was loud all the time. I would recommend the home and would stay there again.”

“Everything was perfect except for the beds. They were smaller than advertised and long past time to be replaced, very uncomfortable.”

“We were disappointed that the accommodations did not match the listing description. The beds were advertised as queen-size, but they were actually double/full-size beds. We felt cramped and the beds were also very uncomfortable, which significantly impacted our sleep. Accurate information about bed sizes is important, and we hope this can be corrected for future guests. Beautiful place, absolutely loved the location and the country store! We would most definitely be rating this a 5 star stay if there were different mattresses.”

“Although we knew the pool was not open with no time or intention of using it. The pool cover was off and the pool was digusting as well as the grill that only had one burner that worked. Also the deck furniture was dirty and all over the place. Since we were in town for a race in Fayetteville, we only really had time to spend the night prep for the races. Being so busy, I didn't even think to contact the owner about the pool because given the state of the entire outdoor area an the siding barely secure on the house. I assumed that they just didn't really take care of this property. Since I alwasy leave a place better than when I arrived. I was surprised that I was being blamed for the cover being removed form the pool and aske to pay for the pool guy to come to take care of it.”
