“I was attending a conference at the convention center but wanted to stay away from the hotels. First of all this was a third of the price at the hotels for my conference, that was a plus. Easy to walk to shops, the river, restaurants. That was great. However, the bed really was an issue. Not comfortable at all and squeaky springs. My sleep was horrible all 4 nights I was here. The walls are also much thinner than I expected. Unless the bed situation changes I don't know that I would stay here again. It was great to have my kitchen and my privacy, but sleep is also essential.”

“Excellent location, nice apartment with all the needed amenities, close to sight seeing and restaurants. We needed a place close to the convention center and surrounding sites and restaurants. Couldn't have found a better place.”

“Very nice quiet apartment in a building with presumably more of the same. I did not like having to wait until 4pm with nowhere to leave a bag to check in. I did however sit in the very comfy lounge at the Davenport. I was in town for a conference so this location is very convenient for the Convention Center. It's a bit more expensive than I would pay if I did not have travel funds for my job. I walked around a bit on my last day. There is a great French cafe La Madalaine a few blocks away with awesome almond croissants. The apartment itself was fine but I did awake every morning at 6am when the dumpsters outside the window got emptied - and I was on the 4th floor. I liked that the entry codes were customised to me instead of the same one everyone gets. It's a nice place to stay! I just wish there were coffee creamers instead of powder...”

“They need a no smoking sign at the entrance, woke up most mornings with my room smelling like smoke. No hot water for the shower in the middle of the night which seemed strange. Curtain rod holder was stripped from the wall on one side but it held up. Overall it was nice inside”

“the place itself is very nice very welcoming and cozy. the location is what threw me off just a tad bit. someone from outside of the air bnb threw a rock at my bedroom window was just a bit unsettling.”

“The only thing id say is that the elevator didnt accept our pin number, so we used the stairs the whole time...but my kids loved the smell of the old-timey staircase....so...thats good....lol”
