River Place Condos

“Had a great stay! The place was very easy to find and in the heart of Pigeon Forge. It was easy to get to either side of the town. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Aside from not being clean at all—and being full of cobwebs and spiders (including a used cotton swab inside a drawer in one of the bedrooms)—the towels provided smelled bad, as if they had been stored away for a long time, and the bathroom mats weren't clean either (they were visibly dirty). I sent photos of the *entire* apartment and all the dirty areas to the owner; she sent someone to clean, but that person didn't clean any of the specific things shown in the photos I had sent. And the place was visibly filthy: the doors and door frames were yellowed and had streaks from water running down through the dust. The floor was dirty, and all the walls and corners were covered in dust, cobwebs, and spiders. The bed in the room at the end of the hall was broken—or the mattress was just very old—because the bed frame was completely uneven; the foot of the bed would sag when I lay down, and there was a dip right in the middle. “Condo was clean and comfortable. Furniture was of decent quality and mattresses were comfy to sleep on. Great location- just off the main street, so it was quiet. Patio was nice with view of the river. Spotty internet made researching dining and entertainment options difficult. A few updates needed, but nothing that caused significant issues.”
