It’s our third time here so nothing new to add—obviously we’re satisfied

A wonderful and cozy place right on the river! We loved the sparkling clean hot tub and kayaks for paddling the river. Would love to return again in the future.

Beautiful and spotless home. The house is nestled in the redwoods , we enjoyed the deck and the views of the trees. Only thing was that the creek had very little water on account of it being late summer. Quick drive to monte Rio for food and coffee and river access

Had a lovely time! We mostly sat around and appreciated the view and read books. Super peaceful, and I really appreciated having a full kitchen.

Celia’s Garden is a great spot for a quick weekend trip. The space is as shown in pictures and in a walkable location for tasting rooms, restaurants, and even a trail right across the street. The kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals along with basic spices. While it is close to a road and other homes, it is quiet and the set up/ landscaping allows for privacy. Four stars given only because every sleeping surface was incredibly uncomfortable and felt as if it should have been replaced 10 yrs ago. The cleaning staff could also do a more thorough job especially given the responsibilities of the guest at check out.

Great location, nice house, responsive agency. Would have been 4-5 star in all categories except that we didnt have hot water on one of our two nights (hot water was fixed at 10:30pm - past kids bedtime). Hot water is a basic feature for a stay at a summer house. Its a lot more than the blender not working. We were offered $85 off a rental that was $525 a night. Not even in the ballpark of fair or balanced.

Beautiful home. Amazing grounds. Great location. Perfect for a group gathering. Check-in was at four--pretty late in my opinion. Kept asking about an early check-in but in the end, they did not respond to my inquiry with a yes or no, so I dropped it.

Lovely property — the patio and hot tub were genuinely a highlight, and the home matched the listing. A few things kept it from being a great stay rather than just a good one. The propane on the barbecue was left on overnight by previous guests, which felt unsafe; the after-hours contact info exists but is easy to miss in the welcome message and we didn’t know until the next morning who to call, so would be more useful surfaced more clearly. Small touches were also missing — no hand soap in the bathroom, and no starter coffee (the listing does mention guests bring their own, but at this price a courtesy amount would go a long way). For other dog owners: pet-friendly, but no grass area on site, so plan your walks accordingly.
