“It was great right on the water and about midway through the float. Nice spot to stop and reapply sunscreen, grab a snack, or park if you don't want to float the whole river.”

“Wonderful spot In Greune, super central and walkable with river access. Very easy. Only downside which is something to be aware of is the river access is down a very steep walk way and difficult to get in/out. With elderly, disabled parents this was not ideal.”

“This was a nice quiet place close to tennis academy where we had a kid train for a few days. The place was good, well stocked and as advertised. Communication was clear and place easy to find. We spend a few good days as quality time. There were a couple minor things as place gets older (fridge, couple of amenities), the rest was good.”

“My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and a good size for 4 adults. The condo was conveniently located in New Braunfels and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The thermostat was locked for guests to change the temperature, but the host was responsive and helpful when asked to turn up the heat.”

“We won't be back. The owner controls the thermostat and keeps it at 73 degrees. The rooms are hot at night. The condo next door allows large dogs and we had one that barked all the time. There are multiple remotes for the tv and it is hard to figure out. They need to add instructions. The property management company is nonresponsive. They took over 14 hours to respond to an issue and they were not helpful.”
