“The condo was beautiful. I woke up each morning to walk the beach and watch the sunrise. I sat on the balcony with a good book and listened to the waves. I walked down to the pier for live music at night. There was a bar downstairs with very affordable drinks and great service. There was an ice cream shop right next to the bar. The indoor/outdoor pool was refreshing with a great patio overlooking the beach. I'll definitely visit again!”

“It was a very nice clean up-to-date condo. Easy to get in and out of. Easy to get to beach or pool.”

“Overall decent stay for the money. Pool and hot tub undersized for how many people are there, so never utilized. Convenient beach access. Bed was extremely uncomfortable as well as the pull out. Property management advised for early check in, only to show up and cleaners still needed half an hour so had to stand outside with all luggage and wait.”

“This was an absolute beautiful condo and had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach!! We loved everything about it!! The only thing was the first day we had a little issue trying to connect to the WIFI and the non in the master bathroom shower gave us a challenge to get hot water. We reached out to the property manager by text and also called and left a message…..we had no response. 😩. We did end up figuring out the WIFI and after tinkering some with the bathroom shower job we did end up getting hot water. It all worked out for us!! But this could have been a bigger concern with the lack of response from the property managers? It definitely wouldn’t stop us from renting from them again as we absolutely loved the place!!”

“Overall ok. Air conditioner very weak about 78 all day night 72. Throw rugs must be replaced ends are curling up. Water pressure in master bathroom to low!”

“The condo my family and i stayed in was great, i would stay again in the same condo. The condo does need a little TLC but the overall condition was satisfactory. Great views and great location. I would highly recommend this condo.”

“Honest review of unit 802. I will start by saying the building is very dated and old. The elevators did not work consistently. Fortunately, we were able to take the stairs up and down from the 8th floor. After speaking to several people, this seems to be a consistent issue. The elevators say the last maintenance was 03/2025. Pros: Great view from the balcony Great location Easy check in and out Washer and dryer in unit Pools and hot tub on the beach Cons: Mold smell Bathroom was dirty and had stuff all around the toilet and was not cleaned before our arrival Elevators don’t work Food on the rug and on/in the couch/stained furniture and mattress covers. Cannot close bathroom door with broken handle Building is very old and dated Balcony furniture is moldy”

“Only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels, we love to cook instead of going out so it’s helpful to have other than not enough paper products to last a full week for 3 people , it was perfect”

“We had a good time for sure but there were a few improvements that could happen. They were very responsive before getting there at check in and at check out but not when asking questions when we were actually there. They also told us the bar onsite they owned would b open the next day and when we got there, there was a sign that said there were maintenance issues according to people in the area it had not been open in sometime and didn't seem like it would be anytime soon. Could have had more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for two people and six days. A wine opener would be nice since there were wine glasses and a map or something to show you what's around. There is no shopping for groceries or coffee etc. less than a mile away and they knew we were coming without a car. The unit was nice but the building Waters Edge is old and needs some TLC for the price your paying. The pillows and mattress were old and not comfortable. It was our ten year anniversary and we had a good time overall.”

“Too many issues and not enough caring for guests. Air conditioning, they did fix it the next day, but the first day and night were iserable and we had to sleep on the hide a bed because it was so warm. No bedding for hide a bed except comforter and shams, no response to email for three days and they blamed us, not seeing the bedding and no response or appology. Informed them that it was slippery hard floor from cleaner and no air. I'm disabled and slipped twice. My husband is recovering from a stroke and uses a walker. He also slipped. No appology, no attempt to come and mop. That and having to sleep on the pull out, spring piercing mattresse kept us in bed for the next day. Television in bedroom didn't work. Replacement came on Friday, three days later. We were supposed to check out on Saturday. We did extend our stay by one night, because the view was spectacular! However, they say the unit is high end. The water damaged decore and really bad DIY "finish says NO.”
