“The owners were very responsive from my first inquiry before booking, during my stay and upon vacating. Easy entry and I felt self with the gated entry. The place was immaculately clean throughout. Linens looked new and all the furniture was very comfortable. I slept well. Kitchen was stocked with spices and easily accommodated 9 people at the dining table. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in DTLA.”

“Amazing location, fantastic layout, friendly host”

“My guests and had a great time during our stay and the rooftop was a nice touch to the place. Close to downtown with local eateries within walking distance. Quiet location with a proactive and responsive host. Doesn’t get much better than this when visiting an AIRBNB in LA.”

“Our time in LA was amazing. The house is perfectly located close to the beach and to some bars & restaurants. We had a big car for 6 people and we used one part of the garage for it, which is a big advantage and safes money. Thanks to the whole team for the perfect support during our stay.”

“Amazing Host Clean home, with all the necessary things to make you comfortable My family enjoyed a lot”

“so thankful for our hosts! they were so communicative and helpful whenever we had questions. i would definitely stay with them again”

“Everything that I wanted from an authentic older home in LA! The layout was very comfortable for my family, with cool decor and fantastic spaces inside and out for being together or separate as needed. You couldn't ask for a better stocked home for family meals, dining, laundry, and relaxing in between city adventures. Even with the very hot summer days we had, the extra window units kept everything cool at all hours. MK and the full team of hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful, especially considering we had flight delays and late night arrival questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay!”

“The place was nice, only thing missing was a bbq grill outside! 30-45 minutes from attractions and beaches so pretty convenient. Hosts very responsive.”

“host were kind and very responsive and proactive in communication which was great to have.”

“I can’t say enough about MK and the rest of his co-property owners. All were kind and gracious - and always incredibly quick to respond to our questions. The house location is absolutely perfect - a 2 minute walk to the beach. At night, all bedrooms were quiet and the AC was very effective during LA’s hot spell. We couldn’t have been happier! It was the perfect location for our family!!”
