“We loved this cute little home! We were very impressed with the Retreat community. It has a lake and rentable canoes/kayaks that we took advantage of and enjoyed despite the rain. We took a hike down to Deer Lick Falls that was only about a 10 min drive away. We fished a lot even though we didn’t get a single bite haha. Roasted marshmallows in the fire pit at the house and made lots of core memories with the kiddos. The home was spotless and very nice! Loved the screened in porch. Beautiful views from the home. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The location is beautiful. The response from the team is great. The place is lovely although overpriced when compared to other homes we have stayed in the area. A suggestion: if you are going to charge over $600 a night, having some coffee, sugar and creamer available (as was written in the amenity section) would be nice. I know it was parent weekend and so the price was probably higher than usual, but such an easy, inexpensive thing goes a long way especially when coffee is not nearby.”

“For the most part our stay was great. A couple of things... this is advertised as a gated community, but the gates were open the entire length of our stay. There is only 1 extra blanket/throw blanket in the mini manor, so be sure to bring some from home if you are a blanket person. The furniture on the screened in porch was so dirty and stained that we couldn't sit on it. And last, the trash bags were so thin and poor quality that it actually ripped on us while trying to take out the trash as we were leaving and we had to clean up a huge mess! Pros: we loved the hot tub, loved the fire pit, everything inside was very clean, great communication.”

“First thing that stood out was the layout for these tiny homes it's more comfortable and cozy than it looks , we enjoyed the fire pit area and made s'mores , we also enjoyed being in the Hot tub it was really clean and easy to startup and set the temperature. This place is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway , I highly recommend”
