“As usual my family had a ball! This is our 3rd time staying at Sweetwater! It's become a family tradition! We had a small issue with air conditioner and within 10 minutes Chris showed up to fix it! we are already planning the trip for next year!!”

“This is a great place to stay for a larger group of people and amazing that it’s pet friendly. It was truly the perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. Chris was very easy to contact and helped with anything I had a question with. My family and I had an amazing week here and can’t wait to book in the future!”

“This place was perfect for our family's week-long stay! It was only a short walk to the beach. The pool was great too; there was hardly anyone there when we went to use it. Everything, all in all, was great; the only thing we didn't love was that the rooms didn't have curtains, only blinds, so a fair amount of light came into the room at night and early in the morning. And pillows were very flat so if you don’t like that I would suggest bringing one from home. Other than that everything else was great.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much it was a short notice 3 day trip but we had a great time. The pool was lots of fun! My niece actually forgot her wallet after check out & host has been responsive with helping us recover it. We did have a couple of incidents with running into the corner of the bed frames that hurt some shins so watch out with those!”

“Chris was a joy and ease to work with! House is exactly as described. Family/Farm style table was just the icing on the top for our big groups meals! Has the rooms split up to provide multiple families privacy, but then living room and kitchen terrific size for everyone to be together 💙… parking was never a concern! Walk to the beach was quick and simple!”

“Surfsong beach house was wonderful! Chris is a great host and answered any questions we had! The house was big enough to accommodate all of my family and our dogs. The pool and spa was amazing and we loved spending time in the gated part! The house was clean and well kept! We appreciate our time here and will definitely book again!!”

“Chris was awesome. Had a couple questions called him and he answered on second ring and took care of what we needed. The house is real close to the ocean with 2 public beach accesses. We had our pets and had 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, swimming pool outback which was used frequently. Washer and dryer out back too. Every thing was great. Covered porch with seating that we enjoyed also. I would highly recommend this place and Chris.”
