“The apartment is a great space for a family. Having the pool and private beach right outside your door makes spending a day by the water easy. The living room and wrap around balcony are spacious comfortable places to spend some down time. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.”

“The condo was great except, there wasn’t enough towels and we couldn’t watch t.v. They need to upgrade and get ROKU so guests can log into Netflix, Hulu etc.”

“We came for a weekend getaway with our children (ages 1 and 5) and my parents. I want to start by saying that we absolutely loved the apartment itself. It was clean, comfortable, the atmosphere was beautiful, and having the beach right in front of the property was amazing. Unfortunately, our overall experience was ruined by the association’s security staff. On Saturday around 4:00 p.m., while we were peacefully enjoying the pool with our children, the security guard approached us and told us to leave because a member of the Board of Directors had complained that there were too many people at the pool. There were several other families using the pool at the time, but we were unfairly grouped together with them. The situation escalated when the security staff called the police, even though we had done nothing wrong. The officers arrived, found no cause for any action, and left. Instead of allowing everyone to continue enjoying the amenities, the association even had the”

“The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and overall very nice. However, the air conditioning was not working properly, so the unit stayed uncomfortably warm during our stay. We visited at the beginning of July, which is one of the hottest times of the year in Florida, and the AC was not able to keep the apartment cool. The “beach” is also a bit misleading, especially for South Floridians. It is more of a bay with dark water than a traditional beach, so it’s something to be aware of if you’re expecting a white-sand, clear-water beach experience. The biggest issue we experienced occurred at the pool on the Fourth of July. A person claiming to be part of or the president of the association repeatedly questioned us about our room number and the number of guests in our unit. There were only four people staying in our room, all within the occupancy limit. What made the situation uncomfortable was that they appeared to group all of the Hispanic guests together, even though we were not rel”

“Resort Harbour was a great stay. Excellent access to Sanibel Island, Fort Meyers Beach, Cape Coral, and Pine Island. Absolutely breath-taking views. We had to pinch ourselves every morning.”

“The location of the condo was great for access to Sanibel, Captiva Islands and Ft Myers Beach. It is on the bay NOT the beach. We loved the pool, the view and the condo itself was very nice and clean. However, be prepared with extra dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and beach towels-we had 5 people and they left us only 4 towels. And the kitchen only has basic cooking stuff, no coffee and no coffee supplies. For the amount of money this place cost, coffee supplies should be a thing provided. With all of that being said, we did have a wonderful time and recommend this condo if they start including basic supplies.”

“As advertised. Beautiful place and location. Loved the view of the San Carlos Bay. Extremely close to all the Sanibel beaches and various restaurants. Nice and quiet. Perfect for a family. Had some additional guests aka lizards, but it’s Florida so it’s normal. Overall had a great time and would stay here again.”
