Reservations Unlimited LLC's guest rating of 4.65 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Overall the place was a nice place to stay. Thre only cons were the carpet and the hallway rug was not in the nicest condition and looks like they might need to be replaced. The water pressure in the hall bathroom wasn't very good.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our first experience in Red River, NM and going trail riding on the local trails. Many activities to do and everything is walkable. We had electrical issue in the bedroom with not electricity to outlets by the bed, took over 36 hours for response and we were not able to remedy the issue so we just adapted and overcame. We did bring an extra fan and we were glad to have it, one fan available in the house. Needed one for living room and bedroom.”airbnb

“This is a duplex property. The backyard sits right on the river, which is nice, but you do somewhat share outdoor space with the duplex. There is a fence that divides your sight but not the noise. There is adequate parking. The covered patio was nice for afternoon showers. The surrounding properties are also rentals and it can get somewhat noisy in the evenings but usually wasn’t too late. The house does need some TLC inside but it was clean. Overall an okay place to stay but definitely time for some upgrades.”airbnb

“Beautiful clean condo close to restaurants and shops. I’d definitely stay there in the winter time.”airbnb

“Everything was as stated on listing! Home was very cute and fit us well. Great location if you like being away from all the hustle and bustle of town, very quiet in the evening! Great pellet grill on patio! Could use some additions on pots and pans and bowls for the kitchen. Our only down fall was water pressure wasn’t great, especially upstairs.”airbnb

“The house was great, and we were very comfortable. I would stay again if the issues are addressed. The issues were: We were already in the upper valley after 3pm check in time, but there were no instructions sent. We eventually found something that said we had to drive back into town, go to their office, and then handed a 6 digit code for the door. This could have been sent through the app so as not to inconvenience guests. No hand soap at any of the sinks, including bathrooms. Wifi went out on our third day”airbnb

“Please check beds. We usually do but unfortunately when going to lay down active bed bugs. They got us transferred to another property. We paid $1600 for 4 nights. Had to ask for a refund for that night at least because our night was spent packing up gathering belongings and then reloading everything into to the truck to unload at the new place when we should have been sleeping. they gave us $280 said we had a cleaning fee. Did have to fight a little for the full $400. Not fair we pay Any fee for that unit. They did agree to the full $400. The unit we got transferred to smelled was extremely old but no bed bugs! Didn’t have the same amenities but overall it worked, we made the best of it. I would stay at the claim again but not for that price. The first property was cute still not worth $1600 but we were willing to pay more for a CLEAN comfortable spacious place. But learned paying more doesn’t mean much lol. We understand things happen and bed bugs can be anywhere but do better.”airbnb

“Directions to house were not clear. When trying to find the house, one of the neighbors came out and started screaming at us. Called me an a$$hole for making the wrong turn.. haha “kids, look how peaceful nature is!” The house next to the rental shares the same driveway, and practically the same porch, and the creek was dry. The next morning we went on a walk and a different person told us to stay off the little natural amphitheater by a pond near the entrance. Clearly the locals don’t like vacation rentals. Unfortunate for everyone.”airbnb

“This charming cabin has the most beautiful view and such a peaceful presence! We couldn’t have been more pleased except for one tiny thing; they do not provide enough trash bags and paper towels. We had to go to their office in town to get more and they only gave us the bare minimum. We ended up buying more. This would not deter us from staying there again though. Loved every thing from the cleanliness to the views! Highly highly recommend!”airbnb
