“The condo pics were accurate. Beds were clean and towels and wash clothes were well provided. Be prepared to provided your essentials like bath and hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, dish detergent, and trash can liners.”

“Beautiful cabin in a wonderful location . We were lucky enough to see a a black bear very close to the cabin. That made the trip worth it.The cabin is located close to Gatlinburg and the Smokey mountains.”

“Overall, we had a good stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved. It was spacious for our group and hot tub was a plus. We did see a bear in the yard several times during our 4 day stay. Cons. The property could benefit from a thorough run through and some updates. There were quite a few unnecessary items provided, while some basic items were missing such as not having a baking sheet to make cookies and only having the toilet paper that was on the roll, so we had to find a store by the second day for basic essentials. We also arrived at check-in time at 4pm but it was still being cleaned and wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes so we had to drive around to avoid paying for parking somewhere.”

“On a nice street right on the river. My only disappointment was no coffee filters to drink the great smelling coffee in the welcome basket. One thing to note is there is not a parking pass for downtown as mentioned in the description. They offer you a spot at their property mgmt company which is even further away than the house but on the trolley /bus route. We drove the first day and most parking is $15-$20. Other days we walked which is about a 15-20 min walk into the heart of it all.”
