4.73Visit website
Rental Leaf's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“My family and I had a great time until day two. One of the children had a bunch of bites on her arm that looked unusual. After checking the bed, we saw a bunch of black tick marks on the box spring protector. After notifying Rental Leaf LLC, they were able to get a pest control tech to us. The tech treated our luggage so that we could go to another condo. The condo we had accommodated everyone comfortably. Four king beds, one queen, two twins, two refrigerators, and mostly everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils). Once we got into the new place, it seemed like a downgrade. It had three kings, one queen, two twins and one refrigerator, and very limited stock on pans/utensils. I asked if the new condo was of less value than the original. The rental company said same price. They did not offer any type of discount after sending the pictures of the box spring and bite marks. I feel like they should have done something besides move us. We were a group of 8 adults, 5 children and 1 baby.”airbnb

“Great location close to North Beach Resort and the beach. Unfortunately the pool was not cleaned before we arrived which is something we assumed would have been done for the amount we paid to rent this house.”airbnb

“The house is in need of updating Great place. Very old. Poor A/C in bedrooms. A/C was leaking on our bed. Didn’t get repaired until 4 days later. We ended up sleeping in our own house and let our kids stay upstairs fortunately we live 10 minutes away. All and all a decent place for a family get together.”airbnb

“Great location. I was a little surprised we couldn’t check in until 5pm and then checkout was 10am. I see that they left me a review as “terrible” which shocks me as I have only ever had great reviews and make an effort to follow the long list of checkout rules and respect every space I rent. The dishwasher was turned on before we left, trash taken out, fridge was cleaned out, towels were put in a pile in the tub and nothing was left out of place. Maybe they are going to say there was some sand? We are on the beach and they didn’t leave a vacuum. I’m sorry for the next guest as they may make you vacuum, mop and dust before you leave too!”airbnb

“Beautiful condo but I was expecting more for the price, (over $7,000.00 for a week). Unfortunately the lazy river was closed and when I reached out to Rental Leaf, they blew me off telling me to seek my answers through the actual condo. I did and was told that Rental Leaf could just inquire and that the actual condo association and other rentals were refunding money due to the lazy river being down. This was one of the main reasons as to why we booked this particular spot bc of my handicapped niece. Other than that issue, the condo itself could use some updates. Definitely not enough bath towels for 7 people. Bathrooms and faucets could use a good scrubbing or replaced. Had to purchase a lot of necessities- toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing tabs, extra hand towels, trash bags, etc.”airbnb

“Pros - Great location, beautiful view of the ocean, our young kids really enjoyed the indoor, outdoor, and baby pools, and access to the beach was great. Cons - When we arrived, the condo smelled as though someone had been smoking and there was a smoke alarm chirping due to a low battery. We let the property manager's know and did not hear from them until the following day. The bed linens were poor quality with the duvets being especially dingy and thin. Extra blankets were not provided and my husband had to fix the chain on the hall water closet several times so it would flush. The unit, including the furniture, just seemed tired.”airbnb

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find, in a great location, and just a short walk from the beach resort. It had plenty of space for our group of seven, comfortable beds, a private pool we loved after beach days, and access to resort amenities. A few issues are worth noting. The washing machine was extremely loud and shook the upstairs, so I would recommend only running it when away. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked, with no salt, pepper, oil, or scissors, and there was leftover food in the cabinets. The biggest issue was parking: the listing said guests could park at the resort and that passes weren’t needed to park at the actual house, but neither was true.”airbnb

“No fans in any room. Living room furniture needs updated. Couch and chairs are very uncomfortable and worn. Could use a bigger dining table to fit more than 4 people. Internet and TVs did not work well (I did contact the rental company and let them know they should have someone check the internet before the next renter comes) Needs a new outdoor chair as one is wrapped in blue tape so it’s useable. Was not very satisfied with our stay.”airbnb

“Wish they would have blankets for the kids to set on the couch. The black ottoman in the middle of the walk way with black walls Very dangerous in the middle of the night. They wanted to make sure they got their wrist bands back. If not they were going to charge $15.00 for each one. We had Ants in the kitchen next morning. We sent them a message they came. Never checked back to see if they were gone.”airbnb
