Rental Leaf

“The place was nice and roomy for our family. The location was a very short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub shown in the pictures was actually at the other building. Several of the local golf cart rental places would not allow us to rent. Evidently the golf carts were towed from Pier Watch Villas, this was disappointing. Rental Leaf did try to help with this but it was taking too much time duringour vacation. Hopefully Rental Leaf will correct this with the local golf cart places for future renters. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.”

“Wish they would have blankets for the kids to set on the couch. The black ottoman in the middle of the walk way with black walls Very dangerous in the middle of the night. They wanted to make sure they got their wrist bands back. If not they were going to charge $15.00 for each one. We had Ants in the kitchen next morning. We sent them a message they came. Never checked back to see if they were gone.”

“The location was right across the street from the beach and that was our favorite part. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. We had fun gathering together in the living areas and having our morning coffee on the balcony.”

“The place was nice and very spacious. Perfect for a big family getaway. The location is right across the street from the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and local shops.”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was convenient, peaceful & the views were beautiful. The home was fully equipped, however the downside was that the furnishings need updating, the mattresses need replacing & when we went to play Pool the balls were stuck inside. But overall it was accommodating.”

“no hand washing, liquid. no body wash. 1 oz container of body wash for 6 days. we had to go to the store and buy body wash dishwashing soap toilet paper trash bags. no cleaning supplies. no brom or mop. but we was instructed to wash the dishes take out the trash and replace the trash liner with trash bags”

“Each views were great! The beds were hard. If you desire some softness in your sleep bring your own mattress topper as they’re not provided any longer. Plan ahead as check in details are tight.”
