“We really enjoyed our stay and found the home to be absolutely beautiful. The decor was modern, tasteful, and very well maintained, and the ocean views and surrounding scenery were incredible. We especially loved the multi-level layout, which gave everyone their own personal space and bathroom and made the home very comfortable for a group. One major consideration is the location and accessibility. The hill and driveway are extremely steep. My mom has mobility and accessibility needs and struggled considerably getting in and out of the property. I would strongly recommend that guests with mobility concerns take this into consideration before booking. Overall, the home itself is beautiful and has so much potential for a wonderful vacation stay. Would book again for sure”

“Great beachfront location, property is exactly as pictured. There is an elevator at the property, but it is old and may not be working (wasn’t for our trip) so call ahead before arrival. The unit actually has a Keurig in addition to the drip coffee (this uses size 4 cone filters).”

“I would not recommend staying with this host. Our experience was extremely disappointing, stressful, and honestly ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation with family. The problems started as soon as we arrived. The lock on the door did not work properly, which left us unable to access the property the way we should have been able to. We immediately reached out for help, but the host did not respond for about four hours to let us know what we were supposed to do. When you are traveling with family and arrive at a rental property, basic access and safety should not be an issue. Waiting hours for a response about a door lock is unacceptable, especially when guests are depending on the host for instructions and support. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. The air conditioning was out during our entire stay. This was not a small inconvenience. It made the property uncomfortable and affected everyone’s ability to enjoy the trip. We spent the entire stay messaging the hos”

“We really enjoyed the property and had a great stay. Unfortunately, after checkout we were accused of damaging a mirror that we did not break and that was already broken when we arrived. If you stay here, I would recommend taking photos of everything when you check in. What was disappointing was not the accusation itself, but how it was handled by the host. They stopped responding to our messages and simply requested payment for damages we did not cause. The damage occurred before our stay and was not discovered during the property’s inspection or cleaning process. Had the situation been handled differently, we would have stayed here again.”

“House was great location to the beach and plenty of space. However the pool was nasty when we got there, and continued to get worse until it was unusable. Pool was not fixed in the time stated. We also had problems with standing water in the downstairs sinks.”

“Location was perfect and condo was nice. However, smoke detectors batteries beeped the entire trip, bathtub did not drain, WiFi password was incorrect, very difficult to find “welcome package” with parking and bracelets for pools -multiple messages sent to property management with slow response and no repairs”

“I wouldn’t stay here. When we arrived there was a smell to the condo, really nasty stains on both duvet’s and eyelashes on the bed and in the tub. We left and didn’t even stay the night.”

“Kitchen had dirty dishes in the cabinet. Only 3 elevators for whole hotel with long lines to use a lot of the time. Hotel elevator permit was expired. Hotel is rough.”
