“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We loved being just steps from the pool, and the location was perfect—close enough to walk to Duval Street while still feeling relaxing and quiet. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which made a huge difference during the July heat in the Keys. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Great apartment & great location! My only issue was finding parking when I got there. It would be helpful if the host provided a bit more information and assistance to help guests with finding parking lots or other options. Other than that, great stay!”

“The only reason we were able to stay here comfortably was because we’re young, healthy, and spent most of our trip exploring Key West and out on the water. We really only returned to the house to sleep. To make the bed comfortable enough to sleep in, we ended up buying king-size blankets from Family Dollar to cover the very rough sheets and replace the blanket that was provided. The mattress itself sits on a thin metal cot with wheels, which wasn’t very comfortable. There were also some questionable dark discolorations on the wood above the doors near the windows, and small details throughout the home made it feel less well maintained than the listing suggested, such as the noticeable buildup of dirt along the baseboards. Our trip wasn’t ruined by any means, but I was definitely less comfortable staying here than I expected. For a very short stay where you’ll mostly be out exploring, it may be manageable.”

“Great location! This place is mainly for the location and the pool! Only thing I didn’t like was they tried to nickel and dime by asking for $400+ to check in two hours early”

“Overall, we’d give this Airbnb 3 stars. The location was the best part — very walkable to everything on Duval Street. However, the property did not feel very clean or well maintained. The showerheads were visibly dirty and rusty, the baseboards were dirty, the window sill had a noticeable gouge dug out of it, and the beds were uncomfortable. The porch was advertised as private, but there was active construction with workers standing just feet away from us most of the time, so it did not feel private at all. The WiFi was also very slow. Management said they would put in a service request, but the technician told us that was the best it would get because the WiFi is shared with the neighboring unit.”

“Very unclear instructions on how to drop off our bags before check in and when I called to get instructions I received a very passive aggressive “clearly you didn’t read the guide” response when I clearly did and nothing was specified about the office being at a location 15 minutes away from the Airbnb…. Could’ve been a five start but that response was very off putting”
